Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանին վերջին շրջանում կտրուկ նվազել է հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների քանակը:

Այս մասին ասաց Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը:

 

«Խախտումների քանակը կտրուկ նվազել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից: Սահմանային վիճակն ընդհանուր առմամբ կայուն է: Սա մենք ողջունում ենք, բայց մյուս կողմից հակառակորդը չի վերանայել իր քաղաքականությունը, որը հիմնված է թշնամանքի վրա: Նա շարունակում է իր հակահայկական քաղաքականությունը բոլոր ոլորտներում: 2018 թ. ամենալայնածավալ զորավարժություններն են արել իրենց պատմության ընթացքում: Մենք գործ ունենք մի պետության հետ, որը ահաբեկչական է, չի էլ թաքցնում Արցախի կործանման իր երազանքները, Սևանի, Երևանի գրավումը և այլն»,- ասաց Բաբայանը:

Հարցին, թե արդյոք կարելի՞ է սահմանին լարվածության նվազումը կապել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև օպերատիվ կապի հաստատման հետ, Բաբայանը պատասխանեց, որ պատճառները տարբեր կարող են լինել:

«Տարբեր բաների հետ կարելի է կապել, բայց էությունը չի փոխվել: Փաստը կա, բայց նրա նպատակները չեն փոխվել: Մենք միշտ ասել ենք, որ Ադրբեջանն այն երկիրն է, որ ամենաանհարմար և անսպասելի պահի, ամենանենգ ձևով կարող է դիմել ամենաանկանխատեսելի քայլի»,- նշեց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
