Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը հունվարի 28-ին  ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի կազմավորման 27-ամյակի առթիվ Թբիլիսիում կազմակերպել է  պաշտոնական ընդունելություն: ն ՀՀ ԱԳՆ լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից, ընդունելությանը ներկա են եղել Վրաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Լևան Իզորիան (Levan Izoria), նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Լելա Չիքովանին (Lela Chikovani), ԶՈՒ Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Վլադիմեր Չաչիբայան (Vladimer Chachibaia), պաշտապանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Դավիթ Թևզաձեն (David Tevzadze), ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի խորհրդական, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Էնրիկո Ապրիամովը (Enrico Apriamov), ՊՆ և ԶՈՒ Գլխավոր շտաբի վարչությունների և ծառայությունների պետեր, Վրաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնյաներ, Վրաստանում հավատարմագրված դիվանագիտական և ռազմադիվանագիտական կորպուսի ներկայացուցիչներ, ռազմական փորձագետներ, Վրաստանի խորհրդարանի հայազգի պատգամավորներ, հոգևոր դասի և վիրահայ համայնքային կառույցների մի շարք ներկայացուցիչներ։

Ողջույնի իր խոսքում Վրաստանում ՀՀ ռազմական կցորդ, գնդապետ Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանն անդրադարձ է կատարել օրվա խորհրդին ու Հայոց զինուժի դերին ու նշանակությանը, ինչպես նաև խոսել է Հայոց բանակի կազմավորման գործընթացի ու դրա անցած ուղու մասին։

Վրաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Լևան Իզորիան իր ելույթում ընդգծել է հայ և վրացի ժողովուրդների միջև պատմականորեն ձևավորված փոխգործակցության կարևորությունը՝ շեշտելով ռազմական համագործակցության զարգացման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ ի շահ երկու երկրների և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության։ Նախարարը, անդրադառնալով հայ-վրացական բարեկամությանը, մատնանշել է, որ Հայաստանը մշտապես դիտարկվում է որպես բարեկամ երկիր։

Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպան Ռուբեն Սադոյանն իր շնորհավորական խոսքում նշել է այն կարևոր դերակատարությունը, որն իրականացնում են ՀՀ Զինված ուժերը երկրի անվտանգության պահպանման գործում։

Նույն օրը ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի կազմավորման 27-ամյակի կապակցությամբ Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանության անձնակազմը՝ դեսպան Ռուբեն Սադոյանի գլխավորությամբ և Վիրահայոց թեմի հոգևոր դասի, թբիլիսահայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ, հարգանքի տուրք է մատուցել  Սուրբ Գևորգ առաջնորդանիստ եկեղեցու բակում ամփոփված հայազգի զորավարներ՝ գեներալներ Միխայիլ Լորիս-Մելիքովի, Հովհաննես (Իվան) Լազարևի, Բորիս Շելկովնիկովի, Արզաս Տեր-Ղուկասովի հիշատակին, ծաղիկներ դրվեցին նրանց շիրիմներին, կատարվեց հոգեհանգստյան կարգ:
