ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում՝ դատավոր Մնացական Հարությունյանի նախագահությամբ, ընթանում է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի վերաբերյալ պաշտպանական խմբի ներկայացրած բողոքի քննությունը:Նիստի ընդմիջումից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Քոչարյանի պաշտպաններից Արամ Օրբելյանը նշեց, որ նիստի ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ  գործի մակագրությունը կատարվել է էլեկտրոնային եղանակով և համապատասխան ապացույցները ներկայացվել են:

Նրա խոսքով` երկու բողոք է ներկայացվել Վերաքննիչ դատարան, առաջինը ներկայացվել է առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշման հրապարակումից անմիջապես հետո, երբ որոշման բովանդակությունը տեսնելը կարևոր չէր, իսկ որոշման բովանդակության հետ ծանոթանալուց հետո երկրորդ բողոքն է ներկայացվել:

«Բողոքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշման մեջ տեղ գտած բազմաթիվ խախտումներին: Դա վերաբերվում է հիմնավոր կասկածին, կալանքի հիմքերին, գործը առերևույթ բացառող հանգամանքներին, անձեռնմխելիությանը և այլն», -ասաց Օրբելյանը:

Պաշտպանը հայտնեց, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի տեսակցելու արգելքը որոշակիորեն լուծվել է: «Տեսակցության արգելքը գործում է, բայց կան բացառություններ: Բացառությունների շրջանակներում երկու անգամ որդին և դուստրը այցել են նրան տեսակցելու: Համակարգիչ տրամադրելու հարցը դեռ չի լուծվել, այստեղ կան և օրենսդրական, և տեխնիկական խնդիրներ: Ներկայացրել ենք, որ կարող ենք տրամադրել այնպիսի համակարգիչ , որը չունենա համացանցի մուտքի հնարավորություն»,- նշեց Օրբելյանը:

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը հունվարի 18-ին որոշում է կայացրել բավարարել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գործով վարույթ իրականացնող մարմնի միջնորդությունը՝ կալանքը երկու ամսով երկարաձգելու վերաբերյալ:

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանները կալանավորումը գրավով փոխարինելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդությունը ներկայացրել են դեռևս նախորդ տարի՝ դեկտեմբերի 26-ին, և դատարանին խնդրել են որոշել սահմանվող գրավի չափը:

Դատարանը միևնույն ժամանակ քննել է նաև Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի կողմից Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը ևս երկու ամիս ժամանակով երկարաձգելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդությունը:
