Երեւանում մետրոպոլիտենի նոր կայարանների կառուցման մասին խոսակցություններն անհեթեթություն են, ոչ ավելին։ Այս մասին փետրվարի 1-ին լրագրողների հետ կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ ասել է Հայաստանի սպառողների իրավունքների պաշտպանության միության ղեկավար Արմեն Պողոսյանը։

Նրա կարծիքով՝ Երեւանում մի քանի կայարանների կառուցման հեռանկարի մասին խոսելը լուրջ չէ, մանավանդ ենթադրվող ծախսերը նկատի ունենալով։ «Այդ գաղափարը կարելի է ցնորական համարել, եւ առավելագույնը, ինչի հույս կարող ենք ունենալ առաջիկա հինգ տարիներին՝ Աջափնյակում մեկ կայարանի բացումն է»,- համոզված է Պողոսյանը։

Ինչպես նշել է փորձագետը, մինչեւ տրանսպորտի տեսակն ընտրելն ու  նոր ավտոբուսները կամ մետրոյի կայարանները շահագործման մեջ մտցնելը՝ անհրաժեշտ է կազմակերպչա-իրավական լուծում տալ տրանսպորտի խնդրին։ Ընդ որում՝ նա ընդգծել է, որ քանի դեռ չի ներդրվել հանրային տրանսպորտի միասնական համակարգը, երթուղիների որոշ ուղղություններ կմնան անշահավետ, եւ դրանց համար պայքարը, ինչպես եւ փոխադրման հարցերը, արդյունավետ լուծում չեն գտնի։

Իր հերթին, Սպառողների խորհրդատվության կենտրոնի ղեկավար Կարեն Չիլինգարյանն ասել է, որ անձամբ աշխատել է մետրոպոլիտենի շինարարությունում ավելի քան 15 տարի, եւ կարծում է, որ խնդիրը կարելի է լուծել, բայց միայն ի հաշիվ խոշոր ներդրումների։

Նա հիշեցրել է, որ Աջափնյակ կայարանի կառուցման աշխատանքները սկսվել են դեռեւս խորհրդային շրջանում, եւ «Բարեկամություն» կայարանի կողմից նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ են կատարվել ու անգամ փորվել է մոտ 50 մետր թունել։ Չիլինգարյանը նաեւ նշել է, որ նման աշխատանքներ տարվել են Աջափնյակ շրջանում եւ, փաստորեն, մնացել է միայն կամուրջը կառուցել, որը կմիացնի երկու կայարանները։ «Մետրոյի շինարարությունը շատ թանկ հաճույք է, էլ չեմ ասում Հայաստանում անհրաժեշտ տեխնիկայի եւ մասնագետների բացակայության մասին»,- հավելել է Կարեն Չիլինգարյանը։

Նշենք, որ օրերս Երեւանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը տեղեկացրել է, որ Երեւանի Աջափնյակ համայնքում կբացվի մետրոպոլիտենի նոր կայարան։ Նրա հավաստիացմամբ, մետրոպոլիտենի նոր կայարանների բացման մասին հայտարարությունները պատրանք կամ պոպուլիզմ չեն։
