ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից օրակարգում դրված բարեփոխումների փաթեթը պետք է կարողանալ իրականացնել առավել արդյունավետ, հետևաբար՝ գնդակը Հայաստանի կառավարության դաշտում է։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակիցը Բեռլինից, այս մասին Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, արդյոք ԵՄ-ն ընդլայնելու է իր աջակցությունը Հայաստանին բարեփոխումների իրականացման ճանապարհին։

«Գնդակը Հայաստանի կառավարության դաշտում է։ Հանձնակատար Յոհանես Հանի վերջին այցը Հայաստան հստակ պատասխանեց Եվրամիության աջակցության ընդլայնման հարցին։ ԵՄ ներկայացուցիչներն արդեն հայտնեցին, որ պատրաստ են ընդլայնել Հայաստանին տրվող օժանդակության ծավալները։ Այս առումով ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանի ու ԵՄ-ի, ինչպես նաև ԵՄ երկրների հետ առանձին հարաբերություններում շատ լավ գործընկերային մթնոլորտ է հաստատված, և ես չեմ կարծում, որ այս առումով խոչընդոտներ կունենանք»,-ասաց վարչապետ Փաշինյանը։

Նա ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանում էական ժողովրդավարական զարգացումներ են տեղի ունենում։ Նրա խոսքով՝ որևէ կասկած չկա, որ այդ զարգացումները կշարունակվեն։

«Այդ շարունակությունը կլինի, ինչպես նախկինում ասել եմ, անկախ արտաքին աջակցության առկայությունից կամ բացակայությունից, որովհետև ժողովրդավարությունը մեր ժողովրդի ընտրությունն է, արժեքային համակարգը, և շատ կարևոր է, որ այս առումով որևէ կողմից մեր առաջ չի դրվում, ժողովրդավարության համատեքստում, աշխարհաքաղաքական որևէ ընտրություն կատարելու խնդիր, ինչը նշանակում է, որ մեր բարեփոխումների օրակարգը կիրականացվի առավել բարենպաստ միջավայրում»,- ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետը։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանն այդ առումով ուղիղ և բաց հարաբերություններ է պահպանում և ԵԱՏՄ, և ԵՄ գործընկերների հետ հարաբերություններում։

«Պետք է կարողանանք առավել արդյունավետ իրականացնել բարեփոխումների մեր փաթեթը՝ վստահ լինելով, որ աջակցություն կունենանք ինչպես ԵՄ, այնպես էլ ԵԱՏՄ մեր գործընկերներից»,-ավելացրեց Փաշինյանը։

Արդյոք Բեռլինը պատրաստվում է նոր ջանքեր գործադրել Հայաստանին տրվող օժանդակությունը մեծացնելու գործում։ Հարցին ի պատասխան կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը նշեց. «Մենք արդեն աջակցում ենք, ԵՄ-ն հանձնակատար Հանի միջոցով իր աջակցությունն արդեն հայտնել է։ Հայաստանը, որպես անկախ պետություն, ինքն է որոշում՝ արտաքին հարաբերություններում որ երկրի հետ աշխատի։ Եվ մենք ունենք արդեն պայմանագիր՝ խոսքը ԵՄ-ի հետ կնքված համաձայնագիրն է, որով Հայաստանը կարող է զարգացնել հարաբերությունները ինչպես Գերմանիայի, այնպես էլ ԵՄ-ի հետ»։
