ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը ամփոփեց անհետաձգելի բարեփոխումների փաթեթը մայրաքաղաքը տեղափոխելու առաջարկությամբ. գրում է Armcomedy.am-ը:

«Եկեք ինքներս մեզ հետ անկեղծ լինենք՝ Երևանը մեր սիրելի, պատմական քաղաքներից է, բայց որպես մայրաքաղաք ասոցացվում է նախկին իշխանությունների հետ։ Իսկ իրենցից առաջ էլ խորհրդային իշխանությունների հետ։

Ու էլ չասեմ, որ բավական հին քաղաք է՝ 2800 տարեկան՝ կարծում եմ մեզ նոր սկիզբ է հարկավոր»։ Սիմոնյանը խոստովանեց, որ ստույգ չի որոշել, որ քաղաքը պետք է դառնա նոր մայրաքաղաք. «Կան ընդհամենը չափորոշիչներ՝ չլինել նախկին ՀՀԿ-ական մայրաքաղաք, տաք լինի, կանաչ ու ցանկալիա ծով ունենա»։ Նա նշեց, որ պատմության ընթացքում Հայաստանը բավական հաճախ է մայրաքաղաքներ փոխել, և հարցի շուրջ բարարձացած աղմուկը մի փոքր արհեստական է թվում։ «Ասեմ ավելին իմ ֆեյսբուք էջում անցկացրած հարցման արդյունքները ցույց են տալիս, որ 100-ից ավել օգտատերեր կողմ են մայրաքաղաքը փոխելուն»,- հավելեց փոխխոսնակը։

Հայաստանի մի շարք քաղաքապետարաններ արդեն ներկայացրել են մայրաքաղաք դառնալու հայտեր՝ Հրազդանը, Վանաձորը և Չարենցավանը գտնվում են առաջատարների ցանկում։

Օրհներգի ու նոր մայրաքաղաքի քննարկումները կմտնեն ԱԺ օրակարգ, մի փոքր հետ մղելով հարկային օրենսգրքի կոմպլեքսային բարեփոխումը, ներդրումային բարենպաստ պայմաններ ստեղծելու օրինագծերը և այլ երկրորդական հարցեր։
