SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 178 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (խարդախությունը, խաբեությամբ կամ վստահությունը չարաշահելու եղանակով ուրիշի գույքի զգալի չափերով հափշտակությունը կամ ուրիշի գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունք ձեռք բերելը) հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված քրգործը հարուցվել է «Նուբարաշեն» հոգեբուժական հիվանդանոցի նախկին տնօրեն Նարեկ Վանեսյանի նկատմամբ։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ մի քաղաքացի դիմել է իրավապահներին և հայտնել, որ Ն. Վանեսյանը իրեն աշխատանքի ընդունելու համար իրենից պահանջել և ստացել է 3000 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք, սակայն Ն. Վանեսյանը Թումանյանի կատվի նման է իրեն պահել. ամեն անգամ քաղաքացուն ասել է. «Ուրբաթ օրը կլինի», ու քաղաքացին, տեսնելով, որ Ն. Վանեսյանը խաբել է իրեն, դիմել է իրավապահներին։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Ն. Վանեսյանը նշված քրեական գործում ներգրավված է որպես կասկածյալ և բնակության վայրից չհեռանալու համար ստորագրություն է վերցվել նրանից։ Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
