Ապշերոնյան բռնապետի մանկլավիկներն առաջարկում են երկրի տարածքում փակել facebook-ը և մյուս սոցիալական ցանցերը... Այսպիսի միջնադարյան բարբարոս առաջարկով հանդես է եկել Ադրբեջանի Միլլի Մեջլիսի Առողջապահության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Մուսա Գուլիևը... Երեսփոխան Գուլիևն այդպիսով ցանկանում է Ադրբեջանը պաշտպանել սոցցանցերի օտարերկրացի օգտատերերից, որոնք, իբր թե, վիրավորում են Ադրբեջանին... Ալիևի սույն ստրուկը «Ադրբեջանին վիրավորողների» տակ նկատի ունի Հայաստանին և այդ անտրամաբանական առաջարկը հենց դրանով էլ բացատրում է...

Սակայն բոլորին էլ պարզ է, որ համաշխարհային սոցցանցերի գործունեությունն Ադրբեջանի տարածքում արգելելը հիմնականում կապված է Ադրբեջանից վտարված կամ փախած ընդդիմադիրների ակտիվ գործունեությանն Ադրբեջանից դուրս, որոնք նաև վերահսկում են մի քանի ընդդիմադիր ազերիական ԶԼՄ-ներ... Նրանք բոլորը Ալիևի իշխանության խիստ քննադատներն են... Հենց վերը նշված ընդդիմադիրների և ԶԼՄ-ների գործունեությունն է նյարդայնացնում Ալիևին և նրա շրջապատին...

Ընդդիմադիրների նկատմամբ հալածանքները ուժեղացան հունվարին Բաքվում ընդդիմադիրների կողմից կազմակերպված բավականին մարդաշատ հանրահավաքից հետո... Պատգամավոր Գուլիևի առաջարկը պատահական չէ... Ապշերոնյան բռնապետությունը կամաց-կամաց վերածվում է աշխարհից կտրված Հյուսիսային Կորեայի, որի բնակչությանը տեղի իշխանությունները համոզել էին, որ իրենց երկրի ֆուտբոլի հավաքականն աշխարհի չեմպիոն է դարձել... Համաշխարհային սոցցանցերն Ադրբեջանում փակելով` Իլհամ բաբան կարող է հարազատ մկկացող հասարակությանը համոզել, որ Արցախը «ազատագրված է հայ օկուպանտներից» կամ էլ ինչու չէ՝ «Ադրբեջանն աշխարհի միակ գերտերությունն է...»:
