Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երկրի տնտեսության զարգացման հեռանկար է համարում արտահանումը:ՀՀ կառավարության գործունեության ծրագիրը: «Մենք այստեղ ունենք, ըստ էության, անսահմանափակ հնարավորություններ, քանի որ Հայաստանը հանդիսանում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ, մյուս կողմից Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունն ազատ առևտրի համաձայնագրեր ունի մի շարք երկրների, ինչպես օրինակ՝ Իրանի և Վիետնամի հետ: Այս կարգի պայմանագրերի աշխարհագրությունն առաջիկայում կընդլայնվի: Հայաստանն օգտվում է Արևմտյան մի շարք երկրների հետ արտոնյալ GSP և GSP+ համակարգերից: Այնպես որ արտահանման չօգտագործված ներուժը հսկայական է»,- ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետը:

Նա հավելեց, որ արտահանման ոլորտում հիմնական խնդիրը մեր ապրանքների համապատասխանեցումն է միջազգային ամենաբարձր որակի ստանդարտներին, համապատասխան ծավալների առկայությունը և մարքեթինգային խնդիրները: «Մեր կառավարությունն ամեն ինչ անելու է այս հարցերում բիզնեսին աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու և նրանց համար շուկաների  իրական հասանալիություն ապահովելու համար: Արտահանման ոլորտում մեր մեծագույն խնդիրը հանքանյութ արտահանող երկրից պատրաստի արտադրանք արտահանող երկիր դառնալն է: Այդ կառուցվածքում բարձր տեխնոլոգիական ապրանքների արտահանման տեսակարար կշիռը լրջագույնս մեծացնելը մեր առանցքային ամբիցիան է: Նման խնդիր լուծելու համար էական է հայաստանյան ապրանքների և ծառայությունների մրցունակությունը»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ վարչապետը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ դա լինելու է կառավարության գործունեության հաջորդ կարևոր ուղղությունը, երբ հարկային հավասարակշռված համակարգի, աշխատանքի արտադրողականության շարունակական բարձրացման միջոցով էականորեն պիտի աճի տնտեսության մրցունակությունը:
