ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր, «Երկրապահ կամավորականների միություն» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախկին նախագահ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի որդու` Արման Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ հետախուզում է հայտարարվել: 

Ըստ մեղադրանքի` Մ. Գրիգորյանը կնոջ, որդու և այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք են բերել, փոխադրել և իրենց պատկանող երեք տներում` Արմավիրի մարզի Էջմիածին քաղաքի Ալավերդյան 46 տանը, Արմավիրի մարզի Արշալույս գյուղի Լճափնյա փողոցի 28 և 30 հասցեներում տեղակայված ամառանոցային համալիրում («Հանգստյան տուն 28»), Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարության «ԱՐԱ ԼԵՌ» կոչվող տարածքում գտնվող առանձնատանը ապօրինի կերպով պահել հրազեն, ռազմամթերք, ակոսափող հրազենի փամփուշտներ, պայթուցիկ նյութեր:

Բացի այդ, Մանվել Գրիգորյանը որպես «Երկրապահ կամավորականների միություն» հասարակական կազմակերպության վարչության նախագահ, իրավասու լինելով տնօրինել կազմակերպության գույքն ու ֆինանսական միջոցները, պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով, իր կնոջ՝ նույն կազմակերպության «Եռասերունդ երկրապահ» ռազմամարզական ճամբարի շինարարական և տնտեսական հարցերով պատասխանատու Նազիկ Ամիրյանի, որդու՝ «ԱՐԱ ԵՎ ԱՅԾԵՄՆԻԿ» ԲԲ ընկերության տնօրեն Արման Գրիգորյանի օժանդակությամբ կատարել է կազմակերպությանը վստահված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի` 101 միլիոն 232 հազար 917 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ գույքի յուրացում:

Մանվել Գրիգորյանը հափշտակած գույքը հանցակիցների հետ պահեստավորել է ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի Արշալույս գյուղի Լճափնյա 28-րդ և 30-րդ հասցեներում գտնվող, իրենց պատկանող շինություններում, Արման Գրիգորյանի կողմից տնօրինվող «ԱՐԱ ԵՎ ԱՅԾԵՄՆԻԿ» ԲԲ ընկերության տարածքում, Նազիկ Ամիրյանին պատկանող` Արցախի Հանրապետության Շուշի քաղաքի Աղաջանյան 3 տանը, Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարության «ԱՐԱ ԼԵՌ» կոչվող տարածքում գտնվող իր առանձնատանը, իր հետ մտերիմ հարաբերությունների մեջ գտնվող անձին պատկանող՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության Ասկերանի շրջանի Միրզաջան կոչվող տեղամասում գտնվող «ՋԻ-ԷՍ ՊԼՅՈՒՍ ՍՊ» ընկերության պահեստում, դրանք տնօրինել է իր հայեցողությամբ՝ օգտագործելով անձնական կարիքների համար, այդ թվում՝ հափշտակված  սննդամթերքն օգտագործել է իրեն պատկանող տարածքներում պահվող վայրի կենդանիների կերակրման համար, իսկ ավտոմեքենաների նկատմամբ սեփականության իրավունքը գրանցել իր մտերիմ անձանց անուններով:
