Ոչ մի լուրջ մարդ չէր կասկածում, որ ՍԴ-ն սահմանադրական կհամարի ԵՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցության պայմանագիրը: Կասկածից դուրս է նաև, որ խորհրդարանը գրեթե միաձայն վավերացնելու է այս պայմանագիրը:
Մեր քաղաքական համակարգի, հարաբերությունների որակն այնպիսին է, որ այլ բան ակնկալելը գրեթե անհնար է, եթե նույնիսկ ԵՏՄ-ին ինտեգրվելու հարցը թողնվի հասարակության դատին, ու, ենթադրենք, անցկացվի հանրաքվե:
ԵՏՄ-ի մասին տասնյակ անգամներ գրել եմ, բոլոր գործոններով հիմնավորել եմ, որ այս կառույցը չի կարող նպաստել մեր երկրի զարգացմանը:
Հիմա կրկնել չեմ ուզում, մանավանդ, որ պրոբլեմը շատ ավելի խորն է, քան կոնկրետ հարցի շուրջ վերաբերմունքը:
Մեր քաղաքական համակարգը նման է վթարված մեքենայի, որը չի կարող երկիրը հուսալիորեն առաջ տանել, ադեկվատ լինել ժամանակակից աշխարհի օրակարգին:
Այ սա է հիմնական խնդիրը, սա է, որ ինձ տանջում է:
Մենք ունենք իշխանություն և ընդդիմություն, նույնիսկ առկա է բանավիճային ֆոն: Բայց այդ բանավիճային ֆոնը նման է անբովանդակ գզվռտոցի:
Պոզիտիվ, որակական բանավեճ, արգումենտավորված դիրքորոշում գոյություն չունի:
Անցյալ տարվա սեպտեմբերի 3-ին, երբ Սերժ Սարգսյանը որոշեց հանդես գալ Մաքսային միությանը Հայաստանի միանալու մասին հայտարարությամբ, չլսեցինք խելամիտ փաստարկ՝ հերթապահ մի քանի ձևակերպումից բացի: Նույն Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը չարգումենտավորեց, թե ինչու է անշրջելի համարում ԵՏՄ-ին միանալու գործընթացը:
Երբ քաղաքական դաշտում այս որակն է, ու մեր հասարակությունն, ըստ էության, զրկված է այլընտրանքից, բացարձակապես իմաստազուրկ ու բովանդազուրկ է դառնում նույնիսկ հանրաքվեն, որին չի նախորդելու քաղաքական դիսկուրսը, փաստարկների բախումը:
Երբ հանրապետականներն ասում են, թե իշխանափոխության հիմքեր չկան, որովհետև հասարակությունն իրենց ընտրություններում քվե է տվել, անկեղծ չեն ու նույնիսկ ոչ այն պատճառով, որ Հայաստանում ընտրությունները կեղծվում են:
Հայաստանում փոփոխություններ չեն լինում,որովհետև մարդիկ որակական, էական տարբերություն չեն տեսնում իշխանություն ձևավորածների ու ընդդիմադիր հարթակում կանգնածների միջև:
Եթե չկա քաղաքական ուժ, որը երկրի զարգացման կոնկրետ հեռանկար առաջարկի, ապաբացարձակապես միևնույնն է, թե կուսակցություններից որմեկն է եվրասիականության համատեքստում կապիտուլացնում Հայաստանը:Երբեք Հայաստանի իշխանությունն ու ընդդիմությունն արժեքային նման ընդհանրություն չեն ունեցել:
Մարդիկ վիրավորվում, իրենց նվաստացած են համարում, երբ իրենց ստիպում են, պարտադրում: Ի՞նչ տարբերություն՝ մարդկանց ստիպում են քվեարկե՞լ, թե՞ հարկադրում են մասնակցել հանրահավաքի, որի օրակարգն ու բովանդակությունն իրեն անհասկանալի են:
Հասարակությունը փոփոխություններ ուզում է ու պատրաստ է դրանց համար պայքարել, բայց չի տեսնում այն սուբյեկտը, որը դրական սպասումների կրողն է, չի հավատում քաղաքական գործող համակարգի ռացիոնալությանը:
Ու սիմվոլիկ է, որ հենց այս քաղաքական համակարգը՝ իշխանություն-ընդդիմություն թևերով, դարձավ Հայաստանի կապիտուլյացիայի հեղինակը՝ ստրկահաճո միասնությամբ…ԵՏՄ-ի հարցը լակմուսի թուղթ էր, որը վերջնականապես բացահայտեց քաղաքական համակարգի թշվառությունը:Սուրեն Սուրենյանցի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումը
