Վայոց ձորի Մալիշկա համայնքում համայնքապետի ընտրություններն անցնում են խաղաղ, հանգիստ մթնոլորտում։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց նախկին գյուղապետ Մհեր Մովսիսյանը, որ մեղադրվում է 2017թ․ ընտրություններում ընտրակաշառք բաժանելու համար։

Հարցին, թե ինչպես կգնահատի իր շանսերը, Մհեր Մովսիսյանն ասաց, որ ժողովուրդն է ընտրում, ինքը չի կարող ասել. «Մասնակցությունը լավ է, սովորաբար մասնակցում է 2000-2200 հոգի, արդեն մոտ 1300 հոգի մասնակացել է։ Բացառվում է որեւէ ընտրախախտում»։

14։00-ի դրությամբ ԿԸՀ տվյալներով Մալիշկայում ընտրությունների մասնակցել է ընտրողների 33.63 տոկոսը կամ 1263 ընտրող։

Նշենք, որ Մալիշկա համայնքում առաջադրվել է 5 թեկնածու, որից 3-ն ինքնաբացարկ է ներկայացրել։

Մովսիսյանը մեղադրվում է որպես ընտրակաշառք 13 մլն դրամ ստանալու եւ բաժանելու համար: Ըստ ոստիկանության տարածած հաղորդագրության՝ գյուղապետը 2017թ.-ի ապրիլին կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ Աշոտ Արսենյանից ընտրակաշառք բաժանելու համար ստացել է 13 մլն դրամ: Մովսիսյանը չի ընդունում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը։

Նշենք, որ ոստիկանությունը հայտնել էր նաեւ, որ Վայոց ձորի մարզի Մալիշկա համայնքի ղեկավարն ու որդին՝ համայնքի մարզադպրոցի տնօրենը, իրենց պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործել են հակառակ ծառայության շահերի։ Մասնավորապես, 2016 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մարզադպրոցում որպես բուժքույր են ձեւակերպել Մալիշկա համայնքի ղեկավարի կնոջը, որը նրանց գիտությամբ փաստացի աշխատանքի չի հաճախել եւ մինչեւ այս տարվա մայիս ստացել է 2 մլն դրամից ավելի աշխատավարձ։

Պարզվել է նաեւ, որ 2017 թվականին Մովսիսյանը եւ համայնքապետարանի գլխավոր հաշվապահը համայնքի 11 բնակչի անվամբ ձեւակերպել ու դուրս են գրել 410 հազար դրամ՝ որպես սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների օգնություն։ Դուրս գրված գումարը յուրացվել է։
