ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ուղերձ է հղել Ղարաբաղյան շարժման տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից։

Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

1988 թվականի այս օրը՝ փետրվարի 20-ին, տեղի ունեցավ մի իրադարձություն, որ պատմական էր բոլոր առումներով։ ԼՂԻՄ-ի մարզային խորհուրդը որոշում ընդունեց մտնել Հայաստանի կազմի մեջ։ Հայաստանի ժողովուրդն իր ամբողջական աջակցությունը հայտնեց այդ որոշմանը։ Շուտով Արցախի և Հայաստանի իրենց հայրենակիցներին միացան սփյուռքի մեր քույրերն ու եղբայրները։

1988 թվականի փետրվարի 20-ը հայոց ազգային վերազարթոնքի մի բացառիկ օրինակ էր, որ ոգեշնչեց միլիոնների։ Մենք վերագտանք մեր ազգային միասնությունը, միակամությունը, վճռականությունը։ Հայաստանում և Արցախում ձևավորվեց մի համաժողովրդական շարժում, որ բացառիկ էր իր թափով և անկասելիությամբ, խորապես ազգային էր և միաժամանակ խորապես ժողովրդավարական։

Ազգերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրականացումը և ժողովրդավարական ազատությունները դարձան հստակ նպատակակետ, դեպի որը գնաց մեր ժողովուրդը՝ համոզված լինելով, որ ազատությունը և անկախությունը անսակարկելի արժեքներ են։

30 տարի անց՝ 2018 թվականի գարնանը մենք իբրև ժողովուրդ, իբրև հասարակություն և իբրև պետություն, կրկին ապրեցինք մի նոր՝ հեղափոխական զարթոնք՝ կրկին ոտքի կանգնելով այն գաղափարների համար, որոնք թանկ են յուրաքանչյուրիս համար։ Մենք ապացուցեցինք նախ ինքներս մեզ, ապա աշխարհին, որ արժանապատիվ և հայրենասեր քաղաքացիներն ենք մեր երկրի, որ հավատարիմ ենք մեր պայքարին և իդեալներին, հավատարիմ ենք Հայաստանի և Արցախի բռնած ազատության  ճանապարհին։
