«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մեր նախորդ համարում արդեն անդրադարձել էինք քաղաքական դաշտում հայտնվող նոր կուսակցություններին, որոնց ի հայտ գալու հիմնական պատճառը քաղաքական վակուումն է ընդդիմադիր կամ ոչ իշխանական դաշտում: Նոր ուժերի ի հայտ գալն, իհարկե, մասամբ կարող է լցնել այդ վակուումը, գոնե առայժմ ցուցանակային մակարդակում համալրել գոնե ընդդիմության շարքերը: Սակայն ընդդիմադիր բովանդակության խնդիր ամեն դեպքում կա: Ընդ որում, եթե նորաստեղծ ուժերը առավելապես հենվում են գաղափարական ասպեկտի վրա՝ փորձելով ստեղծել քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվելու արժեքային, կոնցեպտուալ հող, ապա արդեն կայացած ուժերը առավելապես զբաղված են ընթացիկ պրոցեսներով:

Այդ ընթացիկությունը, ցավոք, ստեղծում է վտանգ վերստին հայտնվել ընդդիմություն– իշխանություն հարաբերությունների տրամաբանության հին ցիկլի մեջ: Ասել է թե, ընդդիմությունը թե՛ խորհրդարանից ներս, թե՛ դրանից դուրս առավելապես առաջնորդվում է ոչ թե սեփական քաղաքական բովանդակությունը որպես իշխանական բովանդակությանը այլընտրանք ներկայացնելը, այլ դիրքավորվում է բացառապես որպես արձագանքող, հակադարձող, քննադատող:

Սրանք, անշուշտ, ընդդիմադիր գործելաոճի կարևոր գործիքներ են: Առանց դրա ընդդիմություն լինել դժվար է, մանավանդ, եթե հաշվի առնենք ընդդիմության մասին հանրային ընկալումները: Սակայն անցյալի փորձը հուշում է, որ սա որևէ տեղ չտանող ճանապարհ է: Ի վերջո, ընդդիմության համար արձագանքելն ու քննադատելը պետք է լինեն գործիքներ, ոչ թե նպատակներ: Նպատակը պետք է լինի իշխանության գալը, այդ գալուն պատրաստ լինելը: Իսկ պատրաստվում են սեփական քաղաքական բովանդակությունը ստեղծելով:

Հայաստանյան ընդդիմադիր ավանդույթը, սակայն, նման փորձ չունի: Ընտրություններով իշխանության գալու հետ հույսեր չկապող ընդդիմությունները, բավարարվելով իրենց կարգավիճակով, առաջնորդվել են առավելապես իշխանության ընդդիմախոսի, ոչ թե ընդդիմության մոդելով: Հիմա, երբ արդեն կա ընտրությունների հանդեպ սոցիալական վստահության բարձր շեմ, ժամանակն է փոխել այս ընթացիկ քննադատության ռիթմը և առավել երկար ռազմավարական պլանավորում իրականացնել, ընդ որում, անկախ նրանից, թե ինչպիսին են շանսերը հիմա:

Բնականաբար, հեղափոխությունից հետո իշխանությանը հաղթելու շանսերը քիչ են՝ օբյեկտիվ պատճառներով: Բայց սա չի նշանակում, թե իշխանությունն անփոխարինելի է, հետևաբար պետք է պարզապես դառնալ այդ իշխանության խուլ արձագանքողը: Այս մոտեցման հետևանքները տեսանելի են հիմա, երբ ընդդիմադիրները պայքարում են ոչ թե ինչ–որ մի օր իշխանություն ունենալու, այլ ընդդիմության առաջամարտիկի դրոշը վերցնելու համար:

Ունի՞ անելիք այս ամենում իշխանությունը: Բնականաբար, ունի, որովհետև առանց ուժեղ ընդդիմության հնարավոր չէ չկորցնել զգոնությունը, ավելին՝ ֆորս մաժորային իրավիճակում ուժեղ ընդդիմությունը առնվազն կարող է վերցնել իշխանությունը՝ առանց այն տապալելու կամ ոտնատակ անելու: Սակայն իշխանությունը ևս պետք է փոխի ուժեղ ընդդիմության ընկալումը: Սուր ու կոշտ քննադատությունը, իշխանության հետ լեզվակռվի մեջ մտնելու ունակությունները չէ, որ ընդդիմությանը դարձնում են ուժեղ: Եթե այս չափանիշների հիման վրա ձևավորված մոտեցումը փոխվի, կփոխվի նաև ընդդիմության գործելաոճը: Այստեղ անելիք ունեն բոլոր սուբյեկտները, եթե իհարկե ցանկանում են որակապես փոխել իրավիճակը, ոչ թե այդ իրավիճակում պարզապես փոխել իրենց տեղն ու դիրքը:
