ՀՀ քաղաքական իրականության մեջ ակնհայտ դարձավ մի բան, որ խորհրդարանում կառավարության ծրագրի ներկայացման գործընթացը յուրահատուկ կատալիզատոր հանդիսացավ ներհայաստանյան քաղաքական բուռն ու սուր գործընթացների մեկնարկի համար։

Ասվածի համար որպես վառ օրինակ կարող է հանդիսանալ  Փաշինյան-Մարուքյան քաղաքական դիալոգը, ինչի արդյունքում վարչապետը, Մարուքյանին և նրա թիմին ուղղակիորեն մեղադրեց, որ նրանց քաղաքական բովանդակությունը, ինչպես նախկինում, այնպես էլ հիմա ձևավորվում է նույն վայրում։ Սակայն իրականում հաշվի առնելով Փաշինյանի բավականին լուրջ փորձը, զանգվածների առջև իրավիճակին տիրապետելու հմտությունը, կարելի է ասել, որ դա ավելի շատ ծրագրված արտահոսք էր։

Այս նուրբ նյուանսը բավականին «հանգամանալից» շահարլվեց տեղեկատվական ողջ տիրույթում:  Քաղաքական շրջանակներում, հանրության մոտ երկար ժամանակ խոսվում էր այն մասին, որ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը այս կամ այն չափով կապված է եղել նախկին իշխանության նշված թևի հետ, սակայն քանի որ այդ համատեքստում ապացուցողական որևէ բան ի հայտ չի եկել, ամեն ինչ մնացել է միայն խոսակցությունների, ասեկոսեների մակարդակում։  Այս պարագայում հետաքրքրականն այն է, որ  «Լուսավորին» Վատիկանի դրոշի ներքո հանդես գալու մեջ մեղադրում է դեռևս պոպուլյար վարչապետը, իսկ ընդամեն ամիսներ առաջ նրանք նույն դաշինքում էին, և պետք է ենթադրել, որ Նիկոլն ուղղակի տիրապետում էր ներքին խոյանոցին։ Սա մի յուրահատուկ «կոմպրոմատային պատերազմ» է հիշեցնում, որն ունի կուլիսային լուրջ շերտեր:

Անդրադառնանք մի հատկանաշական դետալի ևս. իշխանությունը ձևավորած հանրային սեկտորի ներկայացուցիչները, ովքեր տարբեր հիմնադրամների ներկայացուցիչներ են, փորձեցին իշխանությունից դուրս մղել նոր իշխանության մեջ դեռևս հնից մնացած պրոֆեսիոնալ թևը, որը ինչպես հեղափոխության ժամանակ, այնպես էլ այժմ ապահովում է երկրի անվտանգության համակարգի, ֆինանսաբյուջետային, բանկային հատվածների կայունությունը, հարկահանությունը, ի վերջո, գլոբալ առումով նաև՝ պաշտպանվածության մակարդակը։ Այս պրոֆեսիոնալ թիմը նաև արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ փորձում է մաքրել այն բացթողումները, որոնք, անփորձությունից, խառնվածքից կամ պահի ազդեցության նպատակահարմարությունից ելներով, թույլ է տալիս անձամբ երկրի վարչապետը։

Կարևոր է ընդգծել նաև, որ կոմպրոմատային արշավով փորձեր են արվում անկայունություն սերմանել ու ներքին քաղաքական իրավիճակը լարել նաև Արցախում։ Եվ դա կատարվում է հիմնականում «Սասնա ծռերի» խողովակով, դրսից ֆինանսավորվող որոշ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, ԶԼՄ-ների, բլոգերների ու այլ ռեսուրսների միջոցով։
