Իրանական թե՞ իրաքյան «էսկադրոն

Իրանի դեմ Արևմուտքը շարունակում է ամենատարբեր ձևաչափի կոնֆիգուրացիաներով զբաղվել: Բոլորովին վերջրես՝ փետրվարի 13-14-ին,ԱՄՆ-ը և Իսրայելը Վարշավայում կազմակերպեցին երրորդ կարգի երկրների հակաիրանական խառնաժողով բարձրահունչ, բայց իրականում սին անվանումով` «Մերձավոր Արևելքի գծով նախարարական կոնֆերանս»։Գործնականում այն ոչինչ է, քանի որ դրան չեն մասնակցում Պաղեստինը, Լիբանանը, Սիրիան, Իրաքը, Քաթարը, ևս մի շարք արաբական երկրներ։Եվ ամենագլխավորը. չեն մասնակցում Իրանը, Չինաստանը, Եվրամիությունը, եվրոպական առաջատար երկրներից ներկա էին երրորդ-չորրորդ կարգի պաշտոնյաներ։Պետության միակ ղեկավարը Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթանյահուն էր։

Հասկանալի է, որ Իրաքն այս փուլում սարսափելի ճնշման է ենթարկվում ԱՄՆ-իկողմից. վերջերս լուրջ վեճ առաջացավ Վաշինգտոնի և Բաղդադի միջև, իհարկե` Իրանի և այն բանի պատճառով, որ ԱՄՆ-ը Իրաքից չի հանում իր զորքերը։

Գնահատելով իրադարձություններն Իրաքում մոտավորապես դեկտեմբերի երկրորդ կեսից մինչև օրերս, պետք է արձանագրել ԱՄՆ-ի ու Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դիվանագիտական ակտիվության բարձրացումը։Ընդ որում, դա վերաբերում է ոչ միայն Իրաքի կառավարության հետ Վաշինգտոնի ու Լոնդոնի շփումներին, այդ թվում` ռազմական գծով, այլև ամերիկացիների և անգլիացիների ազդեցությանը Իրաքի քրդական ցեղերի վրա։Հենց ԱՄՆ-ի և Անգլիայի ներկայացուցիչների և Էրբիլի շփումներից հետո հանկարծակի, հունվարի 8-ի գիշերը, «Քրդստանի հայրենասիրական միություն» կուսակցության անդամներն Իրաքի Քիրքուք վիճելի նահանգի իրենց գրասենյակի վրա բարձրացրին «անկախ Քրդստանի» դրոշը, բայց նույն գիշերը դրոշը հանվեց Իրաքի հակաահաբեկչական ուժերի կողմից։

Արևմուտքը փորձում է Իրաքի շիաներին և քրդերի զգալի մասը «պոկել» Իրանի ազդեցությունից։Իրանն ամենալուրջ գործոնն է, երբ որևէ մեկը փորձում է գլուխ հանել ներիրաքյան իրադարձություններից ու փաստերից, չնայած ԱՄՆ-ի և Անգլիայի ազդեցությունն առաջվա պես ուժեղ է Բաղդադում։Ըստ էության, նույնիսկ 90-95 %-ով շիաբնակ Բասրայի իրադարձությունները` կապված տեղացի շիաների այն պահանջի հետ, որ իրենց նահանգին էլ տրվի նույնքան ինքնավարություն, որքան Իրաքի Սահմանադրությամբ ստացել են Իրաքի հյուսիսի քրդերը, նույնպես կապված էին Իրանի հետ անգլոսաքսերի միջնորդավորված դիմակայության և ոչ թե այն բանի հետ, որ իրաքցիներն իրենք են շահագրգռված իրենց երկրի մասնատման խորացմամբ։
