Կիրակի երեկոյան Երևանի Ամիրյան փողոցում բավականին տարօրինակ գործողություններ տեղի ունեցան, որոնք հանրության համար բավական անհասկանալի էր ու միանշանակ դատապարտելի:

Որոշ ժամանակ անց պարզ դարձավ, որ դատախազությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել խուլիգանության հատկանիշներով, բայց գործող անձինք դեռ կարգավիճակ չունեն: Ամիրյան փողոցում ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկանները բերման էին ենթարկել միջադեպի 6 մասնակցի և հրավիրել մեկ քաղաքացու: Բոլորն ազատ են արձակվել, նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր: Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի խորհրդական Նարեկ Մալյանն ասել է, որ իրեն ևս բերման են ենթարկել ոստիկանություն և իր վրա հարձակվել են ԵՊՀ «Ռեստարտ» նախաձեռնության անդամները։ ԵՊՀ «Ռեստարտ» նախաձեռնության անդամ Դավիթ Պետրոսյանը հայտարարել է, որ տևական ժամանակ է՝ Մալյանն իրենց հրապարակային հայհոյանքներ է ուղղում, և իրենք ակցիա են իրականացրել։ «Ռեստարտի» անդամները տեսագրությանը կցած հայտարարությունում նշում են, որ վիդեոբլոգեր Մալյանին տանում էին աղբարկղը նետելու և ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները ժամանեցին և փախցրին բլոգերին։

Դեպքերի առավոտյան ՆիկոլՓաշինյանը՝ ՖԲ-ում արձագաբքել էր կատարվածին գրելով. «Հայաստանում բռնությամբ հարցեր լուծելու որևէ փորձ պետք է արժանանա կոշտ իրավական հակազդեցության: Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր նոր Հայաստանում գործում են բռնության, ստի, կեղծիքի տարածման տրամաբանությամբ, գործում են ընդդեմ Հայաստանի, ընդդեմ ժողովրդավարության, ընդդեմ ժողովրդի»:

Ըստ էության սա կամ ուղղակի հերթական ստանդարտ գրառում է իրադարձության առիթով` առանց իրադարձության բովանդակությունը պարզելու, որ անորոշ է թողնում` ինչ վերաբերմունքի են արժանի ընդդեմ Հայաստանի, ընդդեմ ժողովրդավարության ու ընդդեմ ժողովրդի գործողները,կամ ուղղակի վարչապետը շատ է ուշացել՝ նմացել է թեմայից դուրս:

Ստացվում է, որ վարչապետի խոսքերով ասած ՀՀ հպարտ քաղաքացիները նրա տված իրավունքով ինքնուրույն որոշումներ են կայացնում` ով ով է և ով որտեղ պիտի լինի, իրենք էլ իրենց որոշումը կատարում են՝ դառնալով պետության ֆունկցիաներն իրականցնող մարմին: Իրենք իրավունքն են ու օրենքը,ժողովուրդն ու ժողովրդավարությունը: Մնում է պարզել, թե ինչու՞ է այս ամենը տեղի ունեցել հենց կեսգիշերից հետո, ինչու՞ ոչ ցերեկով, բոլորի աչքի առաջ:

Ակնհայտ է, որ մենք գործ ունենք ընգծված միտում ունեցող, հստակ քաղաքական հետևանքներ հետապնդող, պատվերով կատարված խուլիգանույթուն, որն ինչ խոսք իրականում զզվելի է ու անմիտ:
