 Մարտի 6-ին ՀՀ դեսպան Տիգրան Բալայանը հանդիպում ունեցավ Նիդերլանդների փոխվարչապետ, ներքին գործերի նախարար Կայսա Օլոնգրենի (Kajsa Ollongren) հետ: Ողջունելով Հայաստանի դեսպանին՝ նախարար Օլոնգրենը նշեց, որ ծանոթ է Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած զարգացումներին և ազատ ու թափանցիկ ընտրությունների միջոցով նոր կառավարության ձևավորման գործընթացին, ինչը բարձր գնահատականի է արժանի։ Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ դեպան Բալայանը նախարար Օլոնգրենին ներկայացրեց թավշյա հեղափոխությունից հետո Հայաստանում ընթացող լայնածավալ բարեփոխումները և կառավարության գործունեության օրակարգը։ Տիգրան Բալայանը տեղեկացրեց, որ 2019թ. տեղի են ունեցել բարձրաստիճան հանդիպումների երկու երկրների վարչապետերի և արտգործնախարարների միջև, ինչը պարարտ հող է ստեղծել տարբեր բնագավառներում երկկողմ փոխգործակցությունը խթանելու համար։ Կայսա Օլոնգրենը ողջունեց հայ-հոլանդական փոխգործակցության ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ նախաձեռնությունները՝ վստահեցնելով, որ իր ղեկավարած գերատեսչությունը և իր քաղաքական կուսակցությունը՝ D66-ը, պատրաստ են իրենց լիազորությունների շրջանակներում աջակցել դրանց։ Հանդիպմանը մտքեր փոխանակվեցին տարածքային կառավարման, հանրային ծառայության բարեփոխումների, ջրային ռեսուրսների կառավարման բնագավառներում հոլանդական փորձը Հայաստանում ներդրման հնարավորությունների շուրջ։
