SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության Թալինի քննչական բաժնում շորթում կատարելու հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված քրգործը հարուցվել է Երևան քաղաքի Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ, 66-ամյա Հենրիկ Նավասարդյանի դիմումի փաստով: Վերջինս ոստիկանության Թալինի բաժին հայտնել է, որ 2018 թ.-ի նոյեմբերին իրեն է զանգահարել Երևանի բնակիչ Արման Սարգսյանը ներկայացել որպես լրագրող և իրենից պահանջել գումար:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Հ. Նավասարդյանի կողմից մերժողական պատասխան ստանալուց հետո Ա. Սարգսյանը նրան ասել է, որ եթե իրեն չօգնի գումարով, ապա իր մասին կայքում վարկաբեկիչ նյութեր կհրապարակի:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Ա. Սարգսյանը նմանատիպ բազմաթիվ զանգեր է հնչեցրել մի քանի գյուղապետերի, պաշտոնատար անձանց, առաջարկել իրեն գումար տրամադրեն, որոշ դեպքերում էլ հեռախոսով SMS –ներ է ուղարկել, սակայն մերժում ստանալուց հետո սպառնացել է մարդկանց, որ նրանց մասին վարկաբեկիչ նյութեր կհրապարակի իր կողմից ստեղծված էլեկտրոնային լրատվամիջոցում: Եղել է նաև դեպք, երբ նա Արմավիրի մարզի գյուղապետերից մեկին սպառնացել է, որ եթե գումար չտա, ապա ինքը բողոք կներկայացնի իրավապահներին, որ գյուղապետը իր վրա զենք է պահել ու նման հայտարարությամբ դիմել է ոստիկանություն:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Հ. Նավասարդյանը աշխատում է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի տրանսպորտի վարչության պետ: Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
