ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը մարտի 14-ին ընդունել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի մոնիթորինգի հանձնաժողովի Հայաստանի հարցերով համազեկուցողներ Յուլյա Լյովոչկինային եւ Անդրեյ Շիրցելին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը հաջողություն է մաղթել համազեկուցողներին իրենց առաքելության իրականացման գործում եւ հայտնել Ազգային ժողովի պատրաստակամությունն ակտիվորեն համագործակցել համազեկուցողների հետ:

Արարատ Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը հետեւողականորեն իրականացրել է իր անդամակցությամբ պայմանավորված պարտավորությունները՝ այս համատեքստում կարեւորելով 2019-2022 թթ. գործողությունների ծրագրի հաջող ընթացքը:

«Անցյալ տարի տեղի ունեցած հեղափոխությունից հետոժողովրդավարությունը Հայաստանում այլեւս անշրջելիորեն հաստատված է: Ժողովրդավարությունը, մարդու իրավունքներն ուազատությունները, թափանցիկությունը, հաշվետվողականությունը սոսկ բառեր չեն, այլ հիմնարար արժեքներ, որոնցով այսօր մեր հասարակությունը զարգանում է»,-ասել է Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը: Նրա խոսքով՝ նշվածի լավագույն վկայությունն անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 9-ին տեղի ունեցած արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն են եղել: Արարատ Միրզոյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել կազմակերպությանը դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնելու եւ հնչեցրած բարձր գնահատականի համար, ըստ որի ընտրությունները գնահատվել են ազատ, արդար, ժողովրդավարության չափանիշներին համապատասխան եւ ժողովրդի վստահությունը վայելող: ՀՀ օրենսդիր մարմնի ղեկավարը հավաստիացրել է, որ Հայաստանում հաջորդ բոլոր ընտրությունները լինելու են այդպիսին:

Յուլյա Լովոչկինան շնորհավորել է Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին հաջող ընտրություններ անցկացնելու կապակցությամբ: ԵԽԽՎ մոնիթորինգի հանձնաժողովի հայաստանյան հարցերով համազեկուցողները ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահին են ուղղել իրենց հետաքրքրող հարցերը: Նրանք պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել խորացնելու կապերը Հայաստանի հետ, ընդլայնելու համագործակցությունը խորհրդարանական հարթակներում:

Հյուրերի խնդրանքով Արարատ Միրզոյանը ներկայացրել է խորհրդարանական աշխատանքի առաջնահերթությունները, օրենսդրության մշակման գործընթացները, անդրադարձել անցումային արդարադատությանը, ընտրական բարեփոխումներին, մեր երկրի իրականացրած հակակոռուպցիոն քաղաքականությանը՝ այս հարցում կարեւորելով կառավարության եւ խորհրդարանի համագործակցված աշխատանքը:
