Արարատի մարզում գործող «Պասեպ Ինթերնեյշնլ» ՓԲԸ-ի բաժնետեր, իտալացի գործարար Դանիլո Պասսարիելլոի բողոքի հիման վրա ոստիկանությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի նախագահ Լևոն Յոլյանի և նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ալիկ Սարգսյանի դեմ։

Ըստ տարածված տեղեկությունների՝ իտալացի գործարարը կասկածում է, որ ընկերության մյուս բաժնետերերը՝ ՀՀ-ում Ուրուգվայի Արևելյան Հանրապետության պատվավոր հյուպատոս Արմեն Հայրապետյանը, ՀՀ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի նախագահ Լևոն Յոլյանը, նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ալիկ Սարգսյանի եղբայրը՝ Արմեն Սարգսյանը, թաքցրել են ընկերության իրական եկամուտները, ինչի արդյունքում` ինքը չի ստացել իր շահութաբաժինը։

ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ալիկ Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ ինքը որևիցե բանի հետ կապ չունի․ «Արխային թող գործեր հարուցեն. 4600 քրեական գործ, ես պատասխանատու եմ սուտ գործերի համար, հանգիստ եղեք։ Դուք անհոգ մնացեք, նորմալ է ամեն ինչ։ Ես որևիցե բանի հետ կապ չունեմ, դրանք հերյուրանքներ են, հանգիստ թող հարուցեն, ես պատրաստ եմ ցույց տալու, որ կապ չունեմ դրանց հետ»,- ասաց Սարգսյանը։ 

Մեզ հետ զրույցում Լևոն Յոլյանն էլ նշեց, որ տեղյակ չէ՝ ինչի մասին է խոսքը․ «Դուք խոսում եք չգործող կազմակերպության մասին, որտեղ ես եղել եմ ոչ շատ մեծ բաժնեմասի հիմնադիր և «Պասեպ Ինթերնեյշնլը», եթե չեմ սխալվում, 2014թ․ դադարեցրել է իր գործունեությունը։ Հիմա չգիտեմ, թե ինչի մասին է խոսքը, եթե գործ է հարուցվել, ապա քննությունը կպարզի, կհասկանանք»,- նշեց Յոլյանը։

Նշենք, որ Վանաշենի տեղամասում գործող «Պասեպ Ինթերնեյշնլ» ընկերությունը հիմնադրվել է 2003թ․-ին։

Հավելենք նաև, որ այսօր առավոտյան տեղեկություններ տարածվեցին, թե վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Արարատի մարզի Ռանչպար գյուղ այցից հետո Անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի կոմիտեն որոշել է ավազի հանքերը շահագործելու թույլտվության փաստաթղթերի ուսումնասիրություն սկսել, սակայն հենց այդ օրը հանքի սեփականատեր Ալիկ Սարգսյանը մեկնել է Հայաստանից։

Մեր զանգին պատասխանելուց հետո, մինչ կհասցնեինք նշել, որ քրեական գործի հետ կապված ենք զանգահարում, Ալիկ Սարգսյանը վրդովված ասաց․ «Ես հիմա քաղաքում չեմ, ոչ մի հարցի չեմ ուզում պատասխանել, զանգում հարցնում են՝ ինչու երկրում չեմ»,- ասաց նա։
