ՊԵԿ-ը հորդորում է Բագրատաշենի մաքսային կետի տարածքում կայանված աջակողմյան ղեկային տեղաբաշխմամբ տրանսպորտային միջոցների սեփականատերերին կատարել մաքսային հայտարարագրման հետ կապված գործառնությունները։ Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՀ ՊԵԿ լրատվական ծառայությունը։

2019թ. մարտի 19-ին ուժի մեջ է մտել «Աջակողմյան ղեկային տեղաբաշխմամբ տրանսպորտային միջոցների ներմուծումն արգելելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» 2019թ. մարտի 15-ի թիվ ՀՕ-2-Ն օրենքը, որով մինչև 2019թ. մայիսի 1-ը կասեցվում է աջակողմյան ղեկային տեղաբաշխմամբ տրանսպորտային միջոցները «Բաց թողնում` ներքին սպառման համար» մաքսային ընթացակարգով, ինչպես նաև ֆիզիկական անձանց անձնական օգտագործման տրանսպորտային միջոցներն ազատ շրջանառության համար բաց թողնելու նպատակով ներմուծելու արգելքն այն տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար, որոնք ձեռք են բերվել մինչև 2018թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ը: 

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հորդորում է Բագրատաշենի մաքսային կետի տարածքում կայանված աջակողմյան ղեկային տեղաբաշխմամբ տրանսպորտային միջոցների սեփականատերերին (ներմուծողներին) կատարել դրանց մաքսային հայտարարագրման հետ կապված գործառնությունները և դուրս բերել այդ տրանսպորտային միջոցները մաքսային կետի տարածքից, քանի որ դրանք խոչընդոտում են մաքսային կետի բնականոն գործունեությանը: Այդ տրանսպորտային միջոցները մաքսային կետի տարածքից մինչև ս/թ. մարտի 29-ը ինքնակամ դուրս չբերելու դեպքում, դրանք տեղափոխվելու են մաքսային մարմնի ժամանակավոր պահպանության տարածք և դիտարկվելու են որպես մաքսային կետի տարածքում ժամանակավոր պահպանության ներքո գտնվող տրանսպորտային միջոցներ: Տեղեկացնում ենք նաև, որ «Մաքսային կարգավորման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 97-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ մաքսային մարմինների կողմից ժամանակավոր պահպանության համար գանձվում է մաքսավճար:
