Արտաքին առևտրի ցուցանիշների փոփոխություններն ու վերանայումները պայմանավորված են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամագրմամբ: 

Նրա խոսքով՝ առաջին հերթին, ԵԱՏՄ երկրների միջև փոխադարձ առևտրի ցուցանիշները փոխադարձ առևտրի մասնակիցները հաշվետվական ձևերով պետք է ներկայացնեին մաքսային մարմիններին, քանզի նրանք այլևս բեռնամաքսային հայտարարագիր ներկայացնող չեն հանդիսանում: «Անգամ ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցության առաջին տարվա՝ 2015թ-ի առաջին 5 ամիսներին ՀՀ արտաքին առևտրի վերաբերյալ ցուցանիշները հրապարակելիս տողատակով միշտ հայտարարվում էր, որ այդ ցուցանիշներն ամբողջական չեն՝ պայմանավորված ԵԱՏՄ երկրների միջև փոխադարձ առևտրի ցուցանիշների ոչ ամբողջական հավաքմամբ, քանզի ոչ բոլոր ռեսպոնդենտների կողմից էր մաքսային մարմիններին ներկայացվում տեղեկատվություն (հաշվետվություն) փոխադարձ առևտրի վերաբերյալ»,-ասաց նա:

Պողոսյանը նշեց, որ միայն 2015թ-ի հունիսից մաքսային մարմիններին հաջողվել է քիչ թե շատ ամբողջացնել փոխադարձ առևտրի մասնակիցների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը, սակայն, հետագա ժամանակահատվածից առ այսօր ԵԱՏՄ փոխադարձ առևտրի մասով ռեսպոնդենտների կողմից նախորդող ժամանակաշրջանների համար տրամադրված ցուցանիշների ճշգրտումները հաճախակի են, գրեթե բոլոր ամիսներին, նույնիսկ էական չափաբաժիններով: «Կարծում ենք, դեռ կպահանջվի որոշակի ժամանակահատված մինչ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների փոխադարձ առևտրի մասնակիցները կհարմարվեն այդ միության մաքսային մարմիններին հաշվետու լինելու պահանջներին և կապահովեն դրանց ամբողջական կատարումը»,-ընդգծեց նա:

ՀՀ վիճակագրական կոմիտեի վճարային հաշվեկշռի և արտաքին առևտրի բաժնի պետը հավելեց, որ  միջազգային վիճակագրական պրակտիկայում ընդունված է, որ եթե ռեսպոնդենտը ճշգրտում կամ վերանայում է իր կողմից նախկինում վիճակագրություն արտադրող մարմիններին ներկայացված ցուցանիշները, ապա վիճակագրություն արտադրող մարմինը պարտավոր է դրա հիման վրա կատարելու վերահաշվարկներ՝ վերանայելով նախկինում հրապարակված ցուցանիշները: «Դրանով է պայմանավորված վիճակագրական ցուցանիշների տարբեր որակումները՝ նախնական շտապ հավաքված, նախնական վերանայված և վերջնական ամփոփ»,-ընդգծեց նա:
