Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.
Եռյակի նախաձեռնած շարժումը, ոմանց կարծիքով, հաջողվելու է, որովհետև դեռ գործընթացի արշալույսին արդեն հայտնի է ընդդիմության առաջնորդը, այն մարդը, ով հայտնել է նախագահական իր հավականությունների մասին ու ենթադրաբար հավակնում է հաջորդ իշխանության ձևավորմանը:
Գուցե պարադոքսալ հնչի, սակայն, ըստ իս, այս դեպքում չի գործում քաղաքագիտական աքսիոմը, ու Եռյակն արտահերթ զարգացումների չի հասնի,գուցե նաև հերթական ընտրություններում չկարողանա իշխանափոխություն իրականացնել հենց այն պատճառով, որ ակնհայտ է դարձել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի լիդերությունը:
Հավատացնում եմ, որ անձնական ոչինչ չունեմ ԲՀԿ նախագահի դեմ ու նույնիսկ կարող եմ խոստովանել, որ տարիներ առաջ նա օժանդակել է իմ մի փոքր բիզնեսի կայացմանը:
Կարող եմ պնդել անգամ, որ օլիգարխիկ համակարգում Ծառուկյանը լավագույնս է ռեալիզացնում սոցիալական պատասխանատվության գործոնը՝ լեգիտիմացնելով իր բիզնեսը, մեծահարուստի իր կարգավիճակը:
Ընդդիմության նոր առաջնորդի մոտ ամեն բան կարգին է նաև վարկանիշի առումով: Նա ունի հասարակական վստահության բավականին ամուր պաշար, գուցե Հայաստանում առաջինը: Այլ խնդիր է, որ վստահության հիմքում բաղկացուցիչներ են, որոնք կարող են չպահպանվել կամ մասամբ չգործել այն պարագայում, եթե Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ֆորմալացնի իր նախագահական հավակնությունը:
Սրանով հանդերձ՝ անկեղծ չեն այն մարդիկ, ովքեր Ծառուկյանի անձը խորհրդանշում են՝ որպես փոփոխությունների առանցք:
Նախ, ԲՀԿ նախագահն՝ իր արժեհամակարգով, թիմով, շրջապատով, նիստ ու կացով, նույնանում է գործող համակարգի հետ ու վանելու է հասարակության այն շերտը, որն իրապես Նոր Հայաստանի գաղափարի կրողն է: Այդ շերտը երկրում գուցե մեծ չէ, սակայն քաղաքական գործընթացում, առանց նրա մասնակցության, հնարավոր չէ հասնել որակական փոփոխության:
ԼՂ խնդրի չկարգավորվածության պարագայում՝ դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ հնարավոր է իշխանության գա մի մարդ, ով ղարաբաղյան շարժման, պատերազմի հետ որևէ առնչություն չունի:Դա թույլ չի տա ոչ ներսի համակարգը, որ իր կայունության հարցը կապում է «վառոդի հոտն» առած մարդու հետ ու ոչ էլ միջազգային կենտրոնները, որոնք գերադասում են գործ ունենալ մարդկանց հետ, ովքեր կարողանում են վերահսկել ռազմական կամ ռազմաքաղաքական խմբերը:
Նաև դժվար չէ նկատել, որ հետխորհրդային տարածքում ակնհայտ ֆիասկո են ապրում օլիգարխիկ հիմք ունեցող,ապագաղափարական էլիտաները, որոնք շուտով գլխացավանք են դառնում անգամ իրենց պատրոնների համար: Այդպիսին էր Յանուկովիչի իշխանությունն Ուկրաինայում, որն արդեն քաղաքական անցյալ է: Սկսել է լուրջ համակարգային ճգնաժամ ապրել նաև հարևան Վրաստանում Բիձինա Իվանիշվիլիի ձևավորած իշխանությունը, որի դրսևորումներն ավելի ակնհայտ կդառնան տեսանելի ապագայում:
Այնպես որ, Հայաստանում գրեթե հաստատապես չի կրկնվելու Իվանիշվիլիի ֆենոմենը՝ հերթական կամ արտահերթ զարգացումների ձևով:
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը դրական կերպար է, սակայն փոփոխությունների խորհրդանիշ չէ:
