Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության տարածքում ուսումնավարժական ուղղաթիռի խոցումը պատճառ դարձավ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունում հերթական լարված շրջանի սկսմանը: Այժմ բոլորին մի հարց է հետաքրքրում' Ադրբեջանի սադրիչ քայլին ինչպե՞ս կպատասխանի Հայաստանը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հոդված է հրապարակել expert.ru կայքը:
Հոդվածի հեղինակը նշում է, որ Բաքուն իր գործողություններն ամբողջովին ճիշտ է համարում' սպառնալով հետագայում էլ հարվածել ԼՂՀ տարածքում թռչող բոլոր օբյեկտներին: Ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանի սադրանքի' հայկական կողմը խոստացել է տալ «համապատասխան, և մի քիչ էլ անհամաչափ պատասխան»: Սակայն դեռևս անհայտ է, թե ինչպիսին են լինելու հայկական կողմի պատասխան գործողությունները:
Հոդվածագիրը նշում է, որ Ադրբեջանի դեմ ռազմական որևէ գործողության ձեռնակումը հայկական կողմից կդիտվի իբրև բացահայտ ագրեսիա և շատ ավելի կլարի իրադրությունը հակամարտությունում: Հետևաբար, անհրաժեշտ է, որ Հայաստանը մտածի անհամաչափ և ոչ ռազմական պատասխանի մասին: Հեղինակը գրում է, թե շատ բլոգերներ և քաղաքագետներ արդեն նշում են, որ իբրև նման պատասխան կարող է լինել ԼՂՀ մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանի շահագործումը, որը կարող է ստիպել Ադրբեջանին հրաժարվել ԼՂՀ տարածքում օդային օբյեկտները խոցելու ծրագրից: Նա մեջբերում է ԼՂՀ նախագահ մամու լի ծառայության ղեկավարի խոսքն այն մասին, որ եթե Ադրբեջանը փորձի խոցել երրորդ երկրի օդանավը, ապա արդեն գործ կունենա երրորդ երկրի հետ: Սակայն այս դեպքում էլ մեկ այլ խնդիր է ի հայտ գալիս. այն է' երրորդ երկրի ավիաընկերությունները չեն ցանկանա թռչել ԼՂՀ' հաշվի առելով, որ այն չճանաչված պետություն է, իսկ քաղավիացիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունները պարզապես չեն լիցենզավորի այստեղի օդանավակայանը:
Հեղինակը փաստում է, որ անկախ հակամարտության կարգավորման միջոցներից և ժամկետներից, այն ԱՊՀ տարածքում շարունակում է մնալ իբրև լրջագույն ճգնաժամ: Անգամ եթե կողմերը որևէ կերպ սառեցնեն ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը կամ գտնեն ժամանակավոր լուծում, միևնույն է, այն չի նվազեցնի երկու պետությունների միջև հիմնախնդրի լարվածության աստիճանը: Հոդվածագիրը փաստում է, որ պետությունների ներսում առկա է նաև հարևանի նկատմամբ ատելության սերմանում: Ու եթե Հայաստանում այս միտումը այդքան էլ ուժեղ չէ, և այստեղ խոսքը գնում է ոչ թե ատելության, այլ զզվանքի մասին, ապա բռնապետական Ադրբեջանում, որի բնակչության մեջ սերմանված է ռևանշի տրամադրվածությունը, ատելությունը դրված է հասարակության դաստիարակման հիմքում: Հոդվածի վերջում հեղինակը մեջբերում է ադրբեջանցի փորձագետի խոսքը, որտեղ ասվում է. «Ամենասարսափելին կսկսվի այն ժամանակ, երբ կմահանա մեր սերունդը, որը գոնե տեսել է իսկական հայերի»:
