Գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը ոչ հերքում և ոչ էլ հաստատում է Պետական վերահսկողության ծառայության աշխատակիցների գործով ՊՎԾ պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանին, որպես կասկածյալ ներգրավվելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունը:

«Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության աշխատակիցների մասնակցությամբ քրեական գործ է քննվում , նաև աշխատակիցների նկատմամաբ քրեական հետապնդումներ են իրականացվել, այդ գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, բնականաբար բոլոր վարկածներն են ստուգվում:  Թույլ տվեք այդ հարցին այս պահին ուղիղ պատասխան չտալ՝ խոստանալով առաջիկայում այդ մասին համապարփակ տեղեկատվություն հանրությանը տրամադրել»,-ասաց նա:

Գլխավոր դատախազը լրագրողներին հորդորեց ըմբռնումով մոտենալ իրեն՝ խոստանալով առաջիկայում գործի վերաբերյալ համապարփակ տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել:

NEWS.am-ի հարցին` հնարավոր է դատախազության որաշմամբ Դավիթ Սանասարյանի պաշտոնական լիազորությունները ժամանակավորապես դադարեցվեն մինչև քննության ավարտը, գլխավոր դատախազը պատասխանեց.

«Ձեր հարցին տեսականորեն կպատասխանեմ. այն դեպքերում, երբ որ հանրային ծառայողի նկատմամաբ կիրականացվի քրեական հետապնդում և հիմքեր կլինեն, որ նա, շարունակելով պաշտոնավարումը, կարող է խոչընդոտել քննությանը, դատախազը որոշում է կայացնում պաշտոնավարումը դադարեցվելու վերաբերյալ»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ «Փաստինֆոն» գրել էր, որ ՊՎԾ աշխատակիցներին վերաբերող քրեական գործով  ՊՎԾ պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանը ներգրավվել է որպես կասկածյալ: Նրա նկատմամբ  խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել՝ ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին։

Ավելի ուշ իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում Դավիթ Սանասարյանը գրել էր. «Այ ձեր հոր Աստծուն մեռնեմ, դիմակներդ մի քիչ էլ պահեք, ուրախության առիթ չեք ունենալու, ողջ ու պինդ եմ. ամեն ինչ իրա տեղն է ընկնելու կարճ ժամանակից, մնացածն ասուլիսի ընթացքում կասեմ»:

ՊՎԾ պետն, ըստ էության չէր հերքել իր՝ կասկածյալի կարգավիճակ ունենալու փաստը:
