ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Իվետա Տոնոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝

Այն, որ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության իմ որոշ գործընկերներ պարբերաբար աչքի են ընկնում տարբեր ոլորտների վերաբերյալ ֆենոմենալ չիմացության դրսևորումներով՝ վաղուց արդեն օրինաչափ է դարձել, սակայն այն, որ ԱԺ Տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահը կարող է մի քանի տասնյակ լրագրողների ներկայությամբ ակնհայտ սուտ տեղեկություն տրամադրել և դեմքի լուրջ արտահայտությամբ հիմնավորել իր սուտը՝ դա արդեն նորամուծություն է: Բաբկեն Թունյանը քիչ առաջ խորհրդարանում հայտարարեց, թե 2016 թվականի մայիսի 16-ին ԱԺ-ն օրենք է ընդունել, համաձայն որի 
«ՙԱրարատցեմենտ» գործարանն ազատվել է 500 միլիոն դրամի սահմաններում հարկային և պարտադիր սոցիալական ապահովագրության վճարների գծով առաջացած տույժերի վճարման պարտավորությունից: Բաբկեն Թունյանի խոսքով՝ այդ օրենքով 500 միլիոն դրամի արտոնություն է տրվել «Արարատցեմենտ» գործարանին: Սակայն կա՛մ Բաբկեն Թունյանը ակնհայտորեն և միտումնավոր ստում է, կա՛մ բացարձակապես չի տիրապետում իր ղեկավարած տնտեսական ոլորտի օրենսդրությանը, քանի որ իր մատնանշած այդ օրենքի համաձայն 500 միլիոն դրամի արտոնությունը տրվել է «Հրազդանի ցեմենտի գործարան»-ին: Ես իհարկե՛ հասկանում եմ «Արարատցեմենտ» գործարանի և Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անունը բոլոր հնարավոր և անհնարին դեպքերում շահարկելու որոշ գործիչների շարունակական ցանկությունը, սակայն գոնե նման հրապարակային հայտարարություններից առաջ հարկ համարեք և ծանոթացեք ձեր ոլորտի օրենսդրությանը: Այլապես տասնյակ լրատվամիջոցներին բացարձակ սուտ տեղեկություններ հաղորդելու գործելաոճը կարող է վտանգավոր հետևանքներով ունենալ: Սա՛ կարող եք համարել բարեկամական և գործընկերային խորհուրդ…
