Նման օրերին Ադրբեջանական մամուլը գրեթե լուռ է մնաում և ամպագոռգոռ բաներ այս թեմայով գրեթե չի հրապարակում: Սա այն օրերից է, երբ դեկլարատիվ բնույթի մեկ-երկու ձևական շնորհավորանքներից բացի, այլ խոսքեր չեն հնչում:

Դրա պատճառն այն է, որ Մամուլի ազատության միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ սպասվող բոլոր նախաձեռնությունները դեռ չծնված խեղդամահ են արվում, քանի որ այդ երկրում նման ազատություններ երբեք չեն եղել և չեն էլ կարող լինել:

Հարցն այնքան լուրջ է, որ այս տոնական օրվա կապակցությամբ հարցին անդրադարձել են նույնիսկ միջազգային փորձագետներն ու այլ երկրների բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները: Ու թեև միջազգային հեղինակավոր կազմակերպությունների դիտարկումների արդյունքներով Ադրբեջանի մամուլը անազատների ցանկում է, սակայն, դա ամենևին էլ չի հետաքրքրում օրվա իշխանություններին:

Եվ դա բնական է, քանի որ վերևներից հրահանգավորվող ու չոր պրոպագանդա իրականացնող իշխանությունները ԶԼՄ-ներին դարձրել են սուտ ու կեղծիք տարածողներ, ինչին գրեթե ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ականատես ենք լինում մենք ու ամեն անգամ ժպիտով արձանագրում, թե ինչ վարպետությամբ են կարողանում իրենց սուտը որպես ճիշտ մատուցել ինչպես իրենց երկրի ներսում, այնպես էլ դրա սահմաններից դուրս:

Ինչ վերաբերում է հայկական մամուլին, ապա իսկապես առաջընթացը մեծ է, քանի որ «Հայլուրի» Հայաստանի ու համացանցային Հայաստանի միջև սարերի ու ձորերի տարբերությունը կրճատվել է: Ու թեև խնդիրներ էլ կան, բայց, արձանագրենք, որ նոր Հայաստանում ազատ խոսք ասվածը կայացած երևույթ է, որն այլևս որևէ ձևով չի նահանջելու:
