Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ամփոփել է «Իմ քայլը՝ հանուն Արարատի մարզի» ներդրումային բիզնես ծրագրերի համաժողովի աշխատանքները:  

Ինչպես հայտնեցին ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, վարչապետը գոհունակություն է հայտնել համաժողովի աշխատանքներից ու անդրադարձել դրա շրջանակում ներկայացված ձկնարդյունաբերության ոլորտի զարգացման նոր մոդելին: «Այս հարթակից լսեցինք մարզի համար ամենակարևոր հարցի պատասխանը, խոսքը վերաբերում է ձկնարդյունաբերությանը: Առաջարկված ծրագիրը պետք է կառավարության ուշադրությանն արժանանա, որովհետև երկար ժամանակ օդում կախված է եղել հարցը` մենք պետք է ընտրենք արտեզյան ավազանը, թե ձկնարտադրությունը: Հետևաբար, այն լուծումը, որ այսօր առաջարկվեց, հույս ունեմ, որ իսկապես հաջողված է: Լուծումը տեղի է ունենալու ագրարային համալսարանի մասնակցությամբ: Մեր պատկերացումը համալսարանների գործունեության հետ կապված այդպիսին է, որովհետև համալսարանը դիպլոմ բաժանող չէ, այլ գործ անող ու լուծումներ առաջարկող: Ուզում եմ քաջալերել համալսարանի նոր ղեկավարությանը, որ նրանք այդ պրոցեսը շարունակեն»,- նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Կառավարության ղեկավարը հավելել է, որ սա արդեն նմանատիպ երրորդ համաժողովն է: «Ի՞նչ պետք է արվեն այստեղ ներկայացված նյութերը: Կառավարության դերն այս ողջ պրոցեսում պետք է հստակ լինի: Մեր հաջորդ փիլիսոփայական մակարդակի խնդիրը գործընկերային կորպորատիվ համակարգ ներդնելն է: Մարդ կա, որ ունի փող` չունի գաղափար, մարդ կա` ունի գաղափար, չունի փող: Մեր հին տնտեսական մտածողության խնդիրը հետևյալն է. մարդն աշխատում է գործընկեր չունենալ: Նոր ժամանակի ամենակարևոր խնդիրն է ներդնել այնպիսի մշակույթ, որ գործարարը կարողանա գործարարին վստահել»,- ասել է վարչապետը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքով` կառավարությունը պետք է հավաքի երեք համաժողովների ընթացքում ներկայացված բոլոր բիզնես առաջարկները և այդ փաթեթները ենթարկի մասնագիտական փորձաքննության` հասկանալու, թե գաղափարը որքանով է ռեալ և իրականանալի:

«Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների, ինչպես նաև Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությունները պետք է իրենց եզրակացությունը ներկայացնեն: Մենք ունենք պոտենցիալ ներդրումային ծրագրերի էլեկտրոնային հարթակ, որտեղ էլ իրականանալի ծրագրային առաջարկները պետք է ներկայացվեն, որպեսզի պոտենցիալ գործընկերները կարողանան միմյանց գտնել»,- ասել է վարչապետը` շնորհակալություն հայտնելով համաժողովի կազմակերպիչներին և մասնակիցներին
