Իրականում ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Զարուհի Բաթոյանը մասնագիտությամբ հոգեբան չէ, ուստի չի կարող այդքան վստահ հայտարարել, որ որևէ կարծիք հայտնել «Իմ մարմինն անձնական է» գրքի բովանդակության լավ կամ վատ լինելու մասին:

Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների կողմից արտահայտվող կարծիքները, հատկապես եթե դրանք մանուկներին կամ անչափահասներին են վերաբերում, պետք է հիմնված լինեն մասնագիտական կարծիքի վրա: Ինչ վերաբերում է սեփական, սիրողական կարծիքն արտահայտելուն, ապա այն կարելի է բարձրաձայնել, սակայն պետք է նաև ազնվություն ունենալ և ասել, որ դա իր սեփական կարծիքն է, որը ոչ մի աղերս չունի մասնագիտականի հետ:

Ընդհանրապես, անընդունելի է, երբ պետական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները սուպերմարկետի մենեջերի հոգեբանությամբ են իրենց գործին մոտենում: Առավել ևս, երբ խոսքը նուրբ հարցերին է վերաբերվում: Ինչ վերաբերում է այս կամ այն հասարակական կազմակերպություններին վստահել-չվստահելուն, ապա պետական կառույցները նախ պետք է ցավ ապրեն, որ իրենց բաց թողումների վրա են շատ հ/կ-ներ փորձում գումար աշխատել, ոչ թե ուրախանան, որ իրենց թերացումը ինչ-որ անհայտ նպատակներ ունեցող կազմակերպություն է իր վրա վերցնում:

Նման դեպքերում կրկին համոզվում ենք, որ երկիրը զարգացման հայեցակարգ և ապագայի տեսլական չունենալու պատճառով օվկիանոսում հայտնված մակույկի նման գնում է այն ուղղությամբ, ուր քամին է քշում: Բայց քամու քմահաճույքներին ենթարկվելու և նոր խնդիրներ չառաջացնելու համար նախ հարկավոր է նախապես սպասվող քամու ուղղությունն ու ուժգնությունը հաշվարկել, ուսումնասիրել, սեփական մակույկի հնարավորությունները գնահատել, նոր միայն որոշել օվկիանոսը կտրելու մասին: Հակառակ դեպքում, ազգովի ծովահենների համար կարող ենք «կերակուր» դառնալ ու չհասկանալ, որ փայլուն թղթի մեջ փաթաթած ամեն ինչ չէ, որ կոնֆետ է:

Ինչ վերաբերում է պետական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին, ապա նրանք էլ իրենց հերթին պետք է գիտակցեն, որ իրենք նախարարի աթոռին նստելով ոչ թե պետք է իրենց չստացված երազանքներն իրականացնեն, այլ խոսեն ու գործեն ազգի, երկրի առջև ստանձնած բարձր պատասխանատվության տեսանկյունից: Հակառակ դեպքում վաղը, մյուս օրը կարող են ազգի դավաճանի տիտղոսի արժանանալ, ինչպես այսօր նախկին Խորհրդային Միության շատ հայ հերոսներ են արժանանում:

Իսկ եթե այս կամ այն կոնկրետ ուղղության մասնագետը չեն, ապա պարտավոր են նախարարությունների հսկայական ռեսուրսն օգտագործել, որպեսզի իրականացվող ցանկացած ռեֆորմ կամ նախաձեռնություն մանկավարժության ու ազգային հոգեկերտվածքի տեսանկյունից վերլուծվի: Հակառակ դեպքում 30 տարիներից ընթացքում իրականացվող արժեհամակարգի խեղաձևումը կարող է աղետալի հետևանքների հանգեցնել:
