Օրերս քաղաքապետարանի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության ավագանու անդամները բոյկոտել էին իրենց իսկ քաղաքապետի առաջարկի դեմ։ Քաղաքապետն առաջարկում է ավելացնել բարձր օղակներում աշխատողների աշխատավարձերը։ Առաջարկը բուռն քննարկումների առարկա է դարձել։ Քաղաքապետարանում լարված իրավիճակի և քննարկվող առաջարկի մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ը զրուցեց Աժ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, նախկինում ավագանու անդամ Անի Սամսոնյանի հետ։

«Կարծում եմ դա նորմալ աշխատաքային գործընթաց է։ Այո՛, ժամանակ առ ժամանակ իրավիճակը լարվում է, որովհետև իշխանությունը բերում է նախագիծ, որը չի ընդունում ընդդիմությունը։ Տեղի են ունենում քննարկումներ և այս ֆոնի վրա ժամանակ առ ժամանակ իրավիճակը լարվում է։ Այլ հարց է, որ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության ավագանու անդամները կարող են տապալել հանձնաժողովի նիստերը, դա արդեն  դիտարկում եմ որպես անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ավագանու ինստիտուտի նկատմամբ։ Այսինքն, եթե որևէ ժամի նշանակված է հանձնաժողովի նիստ, չի կարող լինել որևէ խմբակցության նիստ կամ այլ հույժ կարևոր հարց, որն ավելի կարևոր կլինի, քան նշանակված հանձնաժողովի նիստը։ Շատ նրբություններ կան ավագանու աշխատանքներում, որ մեր գործընկերների մեծամասնությունը պետք է սերտի»- իրավիճակի մասին ասաց պատգամավորը։

Անդրադառնալով այն խնդրին, որ իմքայլական ավագանու որոշ անդամներ գռեհիկ պահվածք են ցուցաբերել, Սամսոնյանն ասաց, որ նման դեպքեր հանդիպում են, բայց հարցը պետք է ուղղել այդ անդամներին, թե ինչու՞ էին մերժում նախկինի վարքագիծը, բայց հիմա կրկնում են դրա որոշակի տարրեր։

«Ես երեկ խոսել եմ  և կոչ արել, որ եթե այդ նախագիծը ընդունվի, ապա պետք է վերանայել Երևան քաղաքին տրվող ռոտացիաները և սուբվենցիաները,  որովհետև չի կարող պետությունից դեռևս փող ստացող քաղաքը, որն ինքնաբավ չէ՝ 2 միլիարդ  դրամով բարձրացնել բյուջեի բեռը, միայն աշխատավարձերի համար։ Մենք կտրականապես դեմ ենք դրան։ Այո՛, աշխատավարձերը պետք է բարձրանան, բայց ոչ հիմա և ոչ քաղաքական և հայեցողական պաշտոնյաներինը։ Նախ պետք է բարձրացնենք միջին և ստորին օղակների աշխատավարձերը, առողջացնենք համակարգը, նոր մտածենք մեր աշխատավարձի մասին»,-նշեց պատգամավորը։

Սամսոնյանը հավելեց, որ թեև աշխատանքը շատ է և ծանր, այնուամենայնիվ դա իրենց ընտրությունն է՝ ուժերը ներդնել Հայաստանի զարգացման համար։

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախագիծը հանվել է ավագանու այսօրվա նիստի օրակարգից։
