Վերջին օրերին բուռն զարգացումներ տեղի ունեցան ներքաղաքական կյանքում․մեկ շաբաթում գրավոր ու բանավոր խոսեցին Արցախի ու ՀՀ նախկին ու ներկա նախագահներն ու Հայաստանի վարչապետը: Լռում է միայն ՀՀ առաջին նախագահը: Մինչ դեռ նա միշտ ասելիք ունի՝ համենայն դեպս պարզաբանումների ու իրավիճակի գնահատականի տեսակետից: Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանն ակներևաբար երկար դադար է վերցրել՝ նախորդ ակտիվության պասիվ հետևանքների կամ այն պատճառով, որ զարգացումներն ուղղակի իրեն բավարարում են:

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը «Ռոյթերս»-ին տրված հարցազրույցում ասել է, որ հզոր ընդդիմադիր ուժերը համախմբվում են՝ մոտ ապագայում երկրի նոր ղեկավարությանը մարտահրավեր նետելու համար, և ինքը մտադիր է միանալՀՀ նոր իշխանությունների դեմ պայքարին: Որո՞նք են այդ «հզոր ընդդիմադիր ուժերը» քաղաքական դդաշտում դեռևս անորոշ են, իսկ եթե կան՝ ուղղակի չեն նշմարվում։

Դեռ չդադարող քննարկումների առիթ տվեց Բակո Սահակյանի ու Արկադի Ղուկասյանի դիմումը ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին եռատոնին մասնակցելու հնարավորություն տալու համար: Դիմումը, պարզվեց, սխալ է Արթուր Դավթյանին հասցեագրելը: Քչերը գիտեն՝ ինչ են խոսել այդ թեմայով Ստեփանակերտում Սահակյանն ուՓաշինյանը: Այս ամենից իր հրապարակավ դժգոհությունը հայտնեց Վիտալի Բալասանյանը, առ այն, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պետք է հարգեին Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու վերաբերյալ նախագահների դիմումը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Բալասանյանին պատասխանեց իր մամլո քարտուղարի միջոցով:

Անկախ ամեն ինչից, թե ով է ղեկավար Հայաստանում և Արցախում, մենք պետք է ունենանք սերտ համագործակցություն, որովհետև սա մեր ժողովրդի, մեր պետության, մեր պետականության հիմքն է։ Չի կարող լինել այնպես, որ մեկ հայրենիքի երկու հատվածները մեկը մյուսի դեմ պայքարի, դա անթույլատրելի է՝ անկախ նրանից, թե ով է իշխանության գլուխ կանգնած ՀՀ-ում ու Արցախում, ինչ ուժեր են գալիս իշխանության։ Անհրաժեշտ է միշտ ունենալ նորմալ, գործընկերային հարաբերություններ՝ մի կողմ դնելով անձնական խնդիրները։ Այսօր սա է ճշմարտությունը, որի մասին ոմանք անընդհատ խոսում են, ոմանք՝ լռում:
