Վերջին շրջանում տարբեր հարթակներում քննարկման թեմա է դարձել ծառայողական մեքենաների քանակի հարցը։ Քննարկվում է այն, որ մինչև իշխանության գալը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը քննադատում էր, որ ծառայողական մեքենաների վրա ծախսվող գումարները կարող են ուղղվել այլ նպատակներով։ Այսօր ծառայողական մեքենաների թիվը չի նվազել։

Թեմայի շուրջ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ը զրուցեց «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արփինե Դավոյանի հետ, ով նշեց, որ ծառայողկան մեքենաներ ունեն միայն հանձնաժողովների նախագահները և ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալները։

«Տեղյակ չեմ` նախկինում ովքեր են ունեցել, բայց հիմա ծառայողական մեքենաներ ունեն միայն այն մարդիկ, որոնց նշեցի։ Միգուցե սխալ տպավորություն է ստեղծում այն, որ պատգամավորների անձնական մեքենաների համար պետական համարներ են տրամադրվում»։

Անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք ներկայիս իշխանության և հասարակության միջև կապը փոխվե՞լ է, քանի  որ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին այլև չենք տեսնում հասարակական վայրերում, պատգամավորը պատասխանեց, որ ինքը և իր գործընկերներից շատերը շարունակում են, օրինակ՝ բանկում հերթ կանգնել, երթուղայինից օգտվել։ Պատճառը միայն այն է, որ փոխվել է հասարակության վերաբերմունքը այդ ամենի հանդեպ։ «Այդ փուլը չի անցել, ուղղակի արդեն այդ ամենը արտասովոր չէ։ Միայն կաբինետներից չենք աշխատում։ Շատերս շարունակում ենք լուծել մեր կենցաղային հարցերը։ Չեմ կարծում՝ որևէ փոփոխություն եղել է, ուղղակի մարդկանց զբաղվածությունն է մեծանում և դժվար է լինում նախկին եղանակով շփումներ կազմակերպելու հարցում։ Միայն դա կարող է տպավորություն ստեղծել, որ փոփոխություն կա։ Ուղղակի կա նաև լուսաբանման խնդիր, ամեն մեկը չի լուսաբանում, թե ուր է գնում։ Բացի դա, մեդիայում էլ ապատեղեկատվություն կա՝ մարդկանց ներկայացնում են այն, ինչ իրականում չկա»։ Պատասխանել այն հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք «Իմ քայլը խմբակցության դռնփակ նիստերն առիթ չեն դառնա հասարակության անվստահության համար, պատգամավորը պատասխանեց, որ հնարավոր չէ 88 հոգանոց խմբի նիստը անցկացնել դռնբաց, քանի որ այդ նիստում քննարկվող հարցերը կարող են անգամ պետական գաղտնիք լինել։ «Այդ նիստերի փակ լինելը շատ տրամաբանական է։ Նիստերից հետո տեղեկատվության խնդիր չի լինում, քանի որ ներկայացվում է, թե ինչ է քննարկվել, հարցազրույցներ են լինում, պատգամավորները տեղեկություն տալիս են։ Այդ նիստերը իրենցից որևէ դավադրություն չեն ներկայացնում»,- եզրափակեց պատգամավորը։
