Երկար տարիներ մի կետից կառավարվող Հայաստանի ու նոր Հայաստանի միջև տարբերությունն այնքան էլ տեսանելի չէ, քանի որ զանգով ու ղեկավարի դիմախաղով կողմնորոշվողների գլխում ամեն ինչ իրար է խառնվել:

Վերևներից զանգող չկա, ներքևներն էլ չեն հասկանում, թե ում ասածով պետք է շարունակեն ապրել: Ավելի հետաքրքիր իրավիճակում են հայտնվել նրանք, ովքեր մտածում են, թե 30 տարի երկիրը քանդելուց ու ամեն ինչ ապականելուց հետո, հնարավոր է մի քանի ամսում ամեն ինչ տեղը դնել, առանց հասկանալու թե ո՞վ պետք է դա իրականացնի:

Նոր իշխանությունները, եթե անգամ օրը 24 ժամ աշխատեն, տարիներ է պետք լինելու մի կողմից պղտոր ջրում ձուկ որսացողներին բացահայտելու, մյուս կողմից երկրի հիմքերում գոյացած ճահիճը մաքրելու համար: Իսկ եթե դրան գումարենք փողատերերի դիմադրությունը, որոնք իրենց իշխանությունը պահելու համար կաշառքով ընտրություն էին շահում ու շարունակում լծակներնն իրենց ձեռում պահել, պատկերն ավելի մռայլ կդառնա:

Նույն այդ փողատերերը լավ են հասկանում, որ իշխանություն ունենալու իրենց միակ հնարավորությունը փողն է, այլ հենարան չունեն: Ու եթե հանկարծ դա էլ կորցնեն, կհայտնվեն իրենց համար անհասկանալի իրավիճակում: Դրա համար էլ ամեն կերպ փորձում են պայքարել օրվա իշխանությունների դեմ, մի կողմից նրանց շեղելու, մյուս կողմից իրենց փողին սովոր հասարակության անդամներին նորից իրենցով անելու համար:

Ու այս ֆոնին, պարզ է, որ դատաիրավական համակարգում կուտակված աղբը մաքրելու դեմ էլ պետք է պայքարեն, քանի որ ամեն ինչ սկսվում կամ ավարտվում է հենց այդ կետից: Երկիրը կոռուցիայից մաքելու և զարգացման ուղիով տանելու ճանապարհները տարբեր են: Շատ երկրներ յուրովի են անցել այդ ճանապարհը, բայց մեզ մոտ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ցանկացած քայլ ստանում է հեղափոխական-հակահեղափոխական որակումը, որը կրկին ճշմարիտ ուղուց շեղելու հնարքներից մեկն է:

Հիմա Հայաստանում, ինչպես օրերս հայտարարվեց, հասունացել է երկրի դատաիրավական համակարգը կեղտից ու ճահիճից մաքրելու ժամանակը, որը կրկին հեշտ չի լինելու: Որ դրա կարիքը վաղուց կար, միանշանակ է, բայց ինչու է այն այդքան ուշացել, հասկանալի չէ: Ու թե այս ճանապարհին եվրոպաներից հայաստանյան իրադարձություններին նայողներն ինչ գնահատական կտան, այնքան էլ կարևոր չէ: Կարևորն այն է, որ աշխարհի աչքին արդար դատական համակարգ ունենալու մասին հեքիաթներն ավարտվեն, ու դրա փոխարեն իսկապես ազատ ու արդար գործող համակարգ ձևավորվի: Հակառակ դեպքում ցեխի մեջ կանգնած կշարունակենք նոր Հայաստան կառուցելու մասին երազել ու երգեր գրել, առանց գտակցելու, որ դրա հիմքերը թաղված են ճահիճի մեջ:
