Բիշքեկում մայիսի 22-ին տեղի է ունեցել Հավաքական անվտանգության մասին պայմանագրի կազմակերպության ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի նիստը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են  արտաքին քաղաքականության համադրմանը, տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային մարտահրավերներին ու սպառնալիքներին հակազդեցությանը, ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարին առնչվող հարցեր: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին տեղեկացնում են ԱԳՆ լրատվական ծառայությունից։

Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը խոսքը սկսել է՝ շնորհավորելով բոլորին Հայրենական Մեծ պատերազմում տարած հաղթանակի 74-ամյակի և Բելառուսի ազատագրման 75-ամյակի կապակցությամբ: Նախարարը նշել է, որ պատմական հիշողության պահպանումը հանդիսանում է ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների զարգացման կարևոր գործիքներից մեկը, և Հայաստանի համար անընդունելի են պատմության վերաշարադրման փորձերը, մեր հերոսական անցյալի, այդ թվում՝ Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ընթացքում զարգացումների ու արդյունքների կամայական մեկնաբանությունները:

Իրանի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի համատեքստում Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ Իրանի շուրջ կայունությունը կարևոր է Հայաստանի համալիր անվտանգության ապահովման համար:

Նախարար Մնացականյանը կարևորել է ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում, թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության և այլ անդրազգային հանցավորության և մարտահրավերներին արձագանքելու հարցում միասնական ջանքերի գործադրումը: 

Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարը գործընկերներին ներկայացրել է ԼՂ խաղաղ գործընթացում վերջին զարգացումները՝ ընդգծելով խաղաղությանը նպաստող միջավայրի ձևավորման ուղղությամբ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացման կարևորությունը: Այս առնչությամբ նախարար Մնացականյանը մտահոգություն է հայտնել Ադրբեջանին սպառազինությունների վաճառքում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ որոշ պետութունների ներգրավվածության կապակցությամբ, ինչը բացասաբար է ազդում ինչպես կազմակերպության հեղինակության, այնպես էլ՝ այն համագործակցության միջավայրի վրա: «Հուսով ենք, որ մեր մտահոգությունը լսելի է, և ձեռնարկվում են համապատասխան քայլեր ՀԱՊԿ անդամ-պետութան դեմ ուժի կամ ուժի սպառնալիքի կիրառման պատրանքի բացառման ուղղությամբ»:
