Հետաքրքիր է, որ վերջին օրերին համացանցում այլևս չեն հրապարակվում մայրաքաղաքի աղբով լի տարածքների լուսանկարներ: Այսինքն՝ այլևս նախկին ոգևորությունը չկա, քանի որ հիմա պետք է  ստիպված լինեն դատարկ աղբամանների ու մաքուր տարածքների լուսանկարներ տեղադրել: Սա, հավանաբար, խոսում է այն մասին, որ կա՛մ հասարակությունը կատարված գործը չի տեսնում, կա՛մ դժգոհ է, որ Երևանը աղբից մաքրվել է:

Երկու դեպքում էլ մոտեցումը մտահոգիչ է, քանի որ ստացվում է, որ հասարակությունը առավոտից երեկո միայն վատ լուրի է սպասում: Եվ երբ նման տեղեկության է հանդիպում, միանգամից լիցքավորվում է, դառում է մի բռուցք ու սկսում տրիաժավորել ցանկացած բացասական երևույթ: Իսկ երբ պետք է արված գործը նկատել, ավելին՝ շնորհակալ լինել դրա համար, նույն այդ հասարակության մոտ ոգևորության զգացում առանձնապես չի առաջանում: Սա, անշուշտ, նույնպես մտահոգիչ է, քանի որ խոսում է նեգատիվի հանդեպ զգայուն լինելու ու օրը դրանով լցնելու պահանջի մասին:

Ժողովուրդն անցած տարիներին այնքան է վատ լուրի սպասումը մտքում ապրել, որ լավ գործին արձագանքելու ունակությունը դուրս է մնացել նրանց առօրյայից: Հիմա, երբ կառավարման քաղաքականության մեջ շատ ու շատ փոփոխություներ են եղել, մարդիկ դեռ այնքան էլ չեն հարմարվել դրականին: Գուցեև հենց դա է պատճառը, որ առանձնապես չեն արձագանքում դրական երևույթներին:

Ինչևէ, արձանագրենք, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից աղբահանության նպատակով գնված մեքենաների շահագործումից հետո, Երևանն իսկապես ձերբազատվել է կուտակված աղբից, ինչը խոսում է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից ճիշտ հաշվարկված և իրականացված քայլի մասին: Ինչ վերաբերում է կանխատեսումներին, թե պետական ձեռնարկությունը չի կարող պատշաճ ծառայություն մատուցել, դա էլ ժամանակի հետ փչվեց, քանի որ այս ընթացքում պարզ դարձավ, որ ամենակարևորը լավ գործ անելու ցանկությունն է, իսկ մնացածն, ինչպես ասում են՝ տեխնիկայի հարց:

Այսինքն՝ ամենևին էլ կապ չունի, թե ձեռնարկությունը մասնավոր հիմունքներով է աշխատում, թե ինչ-որ մեկի գրպանի համար: Կարևորը ստանձնած պարտականությունները պատշաճ կազմակերպելն ու կատարելն է, որի արդյունում շատ հարցեր ավելի հեշտ ու շուտ են լուծվում: Այնպես որ արձանագրենք, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը ճիշտ էր, իսկ այն անձինք, ովքեր մտածում էին, որ հարցին նման ձևով լուծում տալ հնարավոր չէ, սխալվեցին: Կարևորն արդյունքն է, որն այս պահի դրությամբ թույլ է տալիս արձանագրել որ Երևանը մաքրվել է աղբից:
