Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարի թեկնածու, Բելառուսի Անվտանգության խորհրդի պետքարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասին: Հանդիպմանը ներկա էր նաեւ Հայաստանում Բելառուսի արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Իգոր Նազարուկը:

Վարչապետը ողջունել է հյուրերին ՀՀ կառավարությունում եւ կարեւորել ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի թեկնածության հարցում կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների միջեւ համաձայնության գալու փաստը: «Ուրախալի է, որ համաձայնության եկանք, որ 2020 թ. հունվարի 1-ից ռոտացիոն սկզբունքով Դուք կստանձնեք ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնը: ՀԱՊԿ-ն հանդիսանում է ՀՀ անվտանգության համակարգի կարեւորագույն տարրերից մեկը, եւ Հայաստանը շահագրգռված է այդ կառույցի արդյունավետ աշխատանքում: ՀԱՊԿ գործունեությունը մեր տարածաշրջանում պետք է նպաստի հավասարակշռության եւ խաղաղության պահպանմանը», - նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Վարչապետը հավելել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրները պետք է գործեն կազմակերպության կանոնադրության տառին ու ոգուն համաձայն, եւ Հայաստանը հավատարիմ է այդ սկզբունքներին: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ Ստանիսլավ Զասն իր գործունեությամբ կնպաստի ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների միջեւ անվտանգության ոլորտում համագործակցության եւ հավաքական անվտանգության ապահովման արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը:

Ստանիսլավ Զասը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վարչապետ Փաշինյանին՝ ընդունելության եւ Հայաստանի կողմից իր թեկնածությունը ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում հավանության արժանացնելու համար: Նա նշել է, որ պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում կներդնի առավելագույն ջանքերը՝ ՀԱՊԿ գործունեության արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու եւ անդամ պետությունների միջեւ համագործակցությունը զարգացնելու ուղղությամբ:

Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակում համագործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Անդրադարձ է եղել անվտանգության մարտահրավերներին, ռազմատեխնիկական գործակցությանը, տարածաշրջանում ռազմական հավասարակշռության պահպանման խնդիրներին եւ այլն:

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը տրամադրված է երկխոսության մթնոլորտում շարունակել համատեղ  աշխատանքը՝ գործուն օրակարգի ձեւավորման եւ փոխշահավետ համագործակցության զարգացման ուղղությամբ:

Ստանիսլավ Զասը եւս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել է, որ 2020 թ. հունվարի 1-ից ստանձնելով ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնը՝ իր գործունեությունը ծառայեցնելու է հենց այդ նպատակների իրագործմանը եւ կազմակերպության անդամ պետությունների միջեւ անվտանգության ոլորտում փոխգործակցության ամրապնդմանը:

Նա նաեւ շնորհավորել է ՀՀ վարչապետին եւ հայ ժողովրդին՝ Հանրապետության տոնի առթիվ, մաղթել խաղաղություն, բարեկեցություն եւ բարգավաճում:
