ՀՀ զինվորական կենտրոնական դատախազությունում ամփոփվել են պետական շահերի պաշտպանության գործառույթի շրջանակներում 2019թ․ առաջին եռամսյակի ընթացքում ՀՀ զինվորական կենտրոնական դատախազության համապատասխան բաժնի և կայազորների զինվորական դատախազությունների իրականացված աշխատանքների արդյունքները։

Համաձայն այդ կապակցությամբ հրավիրված օպերատիվ խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ներկայացված ցուցանիշների՝ առաջին եռամսյակի ընթացքում իրականացվել է 78 ուսումնասիրություն, որոնց արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է 41 խախտում: Նկատի ունենալով, որ հայտնաբերված խախտումներից 22-ի դեպքում ի հայտ են բերվել առերևույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ պարունակող տվյալներ, քրեադատավարական կարգով դրանցով նախապատրաստվել են նյութեր, որոնցից 8-ով հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր:

Իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում, որոնք հիմնականում վերաբերում են նախորդող ժամանակահատվածներում ՀՀ ՊՆ կարիքների համար նյութական միջոցների գնման, գույքի օտարման և զինծառայողների սոցիալական ապահովության բնագավառներում թույլ տրված առերևույթ չարաշահումներին, արձանագրվել է պետությանը պատճառված 8․672․914․000 ՀՀ դրամ վնաս։ Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ 2018թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածում կատարված ուսումնասիրություններով արձանագրված՝ պետությանը պատճառված վնասը կազմել է 203.324.237 ՀՀ դրամ, այսինքն՝ մոտ 42 անգամ պակաս այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակի արդյունքների համեմատ:

Պետությանը պատճառված վնասից առայժմ վերականգնվել է 2.488.316 դրամ, մյուս մասի վերականգնման ուղղությամբ միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում հարուցված քրեական գործերի նախաքննության շրջանակներում: Բայցի դրանից՝ պատճառված վնասը վերականգնելուն ուղղված գործադրվում են նաև դատախազական ներգործության միջոցներ: Մասնավորապես՝ ելնելով ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքներից՝ պետական շահերի պաշտպանության հայց հարուցելու գործառույթի շրջանակում դատարան է ներկայացվել 1 հայցադիմում, իսկ զինվորական դատախազության ստորաբաժանումների կողմից ՊՆ զորամասերի համապատասխան պաշտոնատար անձանց տրվել են պատճառված վնասը կամովին վերականգնելուն ուղղված 9 նախազգուշացումներ: Բացի դրանից՝ արձանագրված խախտումների կատարմանը, հանցավոր դրսևորումներին նպաստող պայմաններն ու պատճառները վերացնելու նպատակով ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազության կողմից ՊՆ և տարբեր զորամասերի համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին ներկայացվել է 8 հաղորդում:

Եռամսյակային արդյունքների ամփոփմանը նվիրված օպերատիվ խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազ Վահե Հարությունյանի կողմից տրվել են պաշտպանության ոլորտում պետական շահերի պաշտպանությանը, արձանագրված խախտումները, դրանց պատճառներն ու հետևանքները վերացնելուն ուղղված դատախազական գործառույթները կոնկրետ ուղղություններով առավել ակտիվացնելու հանձնարարականներ։
