NEWS.am–իտեղեկություններով՝ «Մարտի մեկի» գործով մեղադրյալ, ՀԱՊԿ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովին այսօր՝ հունիսի 8–ին արգելել են հատել հայ–վրացական սահմանը և դուրս գալ երկրից։

Տեղեկությունը NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում հաստատեց Խաչատուրովի պաշտպան Միհրան Պողոսյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը անձնական պատճառներով այսօր պետք է մեկներ իր ծննդավայր՝ Վրաստանի  Տետրիցկարո  (Թեթրի Ծղարոն) բնակավայր, սակայն ժամը 17։00–ի սահմաններում մաքսակետում առանց հիմնավոր պատճառաբանության արգելել են նրան դուրս գալ երկրից։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Խաչատուրովին թույլ չեն տվել հատել սահմանը դատարանի օրինական որոշման առկայության պարագայում։

«Թեև վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը Խաչատուրովի ելքի վրա որևէ սահմանափակում չէր կարող դնել, սակայն մենք ծանոթ լինելով ԱԱԾ–ի , ՀՔԾ–ի և ոստիկանության գործելաոճին, միջնորդել էինք դատարանին՝ ելքի ենթադրյալ արգելքի դեպքում վերացնել այն»,–ասաց նա։

Նա նշեց, որ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Դավիթ Գրիգորյանը 2019թ. հունիսի 6–ին բավարարել է իր միջնորդությունը և թույլատրել է Խաչատուրովին մեկնել երկրից։

Դատարանը միևնույն ժամանակ  գրություն է ուղարկել քաղաքացիների մուտքի և ելքի սահմանափակման հարցերով  իրավասու մարմնին՝ ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչությանը։

«Սահմանապահները Խաչատուրովին  հայտնել են, որ նրա ելքի վրա արգելք կա, իսկ դատարանի որոշման կապակցությամբ էլ ասել են, թե կքննարկենք վերադասի հետ, սակայն հետո վերադարձել են և ասել, որ հնարավոր չէ»։

Միհրան Պողոսյանը Յուրի Խաչատուրովի  ազատ տեղաշարժի իրավունքի սահմանափակման  վերաբերյալ տեղեկացրել է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովին «Մարտի մեկի» գործի շրջանակներում 2018թ. հուլիսի 26-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու համար։ Հուլիսի 28-ին Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Դավիթ Բալայանը Խաչատուրովի նկատմամբ որպես այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց գրավը ճանաչել էր թույլատրելի: Գրավի չափ էր սահմանվել 5 մլն դրամը, ինչը վճարելուց հետո Խաչատուրովն ազատվել էր արգելանքից: Յուրի Խաչատուրովը ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնից ազատվել է 2018թ. նոյեմբերի 2-ին եւ օրեր անց վերադարձել Հայաստան։
