Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը, ի պատասխան «Ազատություն» հեռուստաալիքի հարցման, ուղարկել է հաղորդագրություն, որում տեղեկացնում է, որ ստացել է Հայաստանի դատախազության հայցը Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր, Դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության նախկին ղեկավար Միհրան Պողոսյանի արտահանձնման և նրան քրեական պատասխանատվության կանչելու վերաբերյալ։ Այս պահին կատարվում է ստուգում՝ արտահանձնման հետ կապված։

Նամակում, մասնավորապես, նշված է. «Տեղեկացնում ենք Ձեզ, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածքում ՀՀ պատկան մարմինների հետախուզման հետ կապված ապրիլի 19-ին ձերբակալվել է Պողոսյան Մ.Ս.-ն և Կարելիայի Հանրապետության Պետրոզավոդսկի քաղաքային դատարանի որոշման հիման վրա նա տեղափոխվել է Պատիժների կատարման դաշնային ծառայության քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ»։

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Գլխավոր դատախազության հայցը Պողոսյան Մ.Ս.-ի արտահանձնման և նրան քրեական պատասխանատվության կանչելու վերաբերյալ ստացվել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Գլխավոր դատախազությունում՝ միջազգային պայմանագրով հաստատված ժամկետներում և անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի կցմամբ: Ներկայումս անցկացվում է էքստրադիցիոն ստուգում», - ասված է հաղորդագրությունում։
