Մանվել Գրիգորյանը գտնվում է վերակենդանացման բաժնում և օրական 16-17 ժամ ինսուլին է ստանում։ Նա 24 ժամվա ռեժիմով արհեստական շնչառության տակ է կամ քթի, կամ բերանի միջոցով։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 10-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի փաստաբան Լևոն Բաղդասարյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ սա դասական խոշտանգման դեպք է և հաշվեհարդար Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ․ «Պետական լիազոր մարմինները պետք է պատասխան տան՝ ո՞րն էր պատճառը, որ 10 ամիս առաջ անձը չուներ նման հիվանդություններ, եղավ բացասական դինամիկա և անօրինական տեղափոխեցին դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց, այնուհետև իրավական գնահատական չտրվեց»,- նշեց նա։

Փաստաբանը 2 հետևություն ունի այս ամենից. «2 տարբերակ կա՝ կա՛մ բարձրագույն իշխանության կողմից կա ուղղակի տոտալ ցուցմունք, որպեսզի անձին խոշտանգեն, հաշվեհարդարի ենթարկեն, կա՛մ պետական լիազոր մարմինների անօրինականությունների հետ կապված սխալ են զեկուցում բարձրագույն իշխանությանը և, եթե դա իրոք այդպես է՝ այս փուլում գոնե պետք է տրվի հանձնարարություն, որպեսզի անօրինականություններ կատարողների գործողությունների հետ կապված տրվի իրավական գնահատական»,- ասաց Բարսեղյանը:

Բարսեղյանը նշեց, որ թեև իր պաշտպանյալը դեմ էր, որ Հայաստանի դեմ հայց ներկայացվի, սակայն ներպետական ատյաններում բարձրաձայնելուց և արդյունքի չհասանելուց հետո՝ ստանալով Մանվել Գրիգորյանի թույլտվությունը, դիմել են ՄԻԵԴ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը շարունակում է գտնվել «Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոնում, որտեղ տեղափոխվել էր «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ-ից ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակով։
