Արցախում ՀՖՖ նախկին նախագահ, ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության նախկին պատգամավոր Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի թիկնազորի մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած մահացու ելքով ավտովթարը, դատելով ամեն ինչից, փորձ է արվում կոծկել, գրում է Armtimes.com-ը:

Մայիսի 24-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության ոստիկանությունը հետեւյալ հաղորդագրությունն էր տարածել. «Մայիսի 23-ին՝ ժամը 14:45-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ Երեւան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1992թ. ծնված Հ. Ն-ն վարելով «LEXUS LX 470» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, Ասկերան-Ստեփանակերտ ավտոճանապարհի 12-րդ կիլոմետրին վրաերթի է ենթարկել Ասկերանի շրջանի բնակիչ, 1986թ. ծնված Գ. Ս-ին այնուհետեւ շրջել ավտոմեքենան, ինչի հետեւանքով Գ. Ս-ն տեղում մահացել է, իսկ վարորդ Հ. Ն-ն եւ ուղեւորներ՝ ՀՀ Երեւան քաղաքի բնակիչներ՝ 1975թ. ծնված Հ. Ա-ցը, 1975թ.ծնված Ս. Ս-ն եւ Մարտունի քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1990թ. ծնված Է. Ա-ն ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոն», որտեղ նույն օրը ժամը 16:10-ին Է. Ա-ն մահացել է»:

Հենց դեպքի հաջորդ օրը ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցում օգտատերերից մեկը գրեց, թե վերոնշյալ միջադեպի պատճառն այն է, որ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի ավտոշարասույնը եռակի գերազանցել է սահմանված արագությունը:

ՀԺ-ի Արցախի աղբյուրները մի շարք մանրամասներ են հայտնել միջադեպից: Ավտովթարի զոհ դարձած Գեւորգ Սարուխանյանը Ասկերանի շրջանի Իվանյան գյուղի բնակիչ էր, պայմանագրային հիմունքներով ծառայում էր Արցախի զորամասերից մեկում: Նա ավտոբուսով աշխատանքից գնալիս իջել է տարածքի կանգառում, անցել է ավտոբուսի դիմացի մասով, որպեսզի հակառակ մայթ հասնի, սակայն ավտոբուսի կողքով 2 ամենագնաց չափից դուրս արագ սլացել են։ Առաջինն ավելի արագ է անցել, քան Սարուխանյանն այդ կողմ է հասել, իսկ 2-րդը՝ վերոնշյալ «LEXUS» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, վրաերթի է ենթարկել Սարուխանյանին եւ այդ արագության տակ շրջվել է: Ամենագնացի մեջ գտնվող Էրիկ Ավագյանը, որին, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, Հայրապետյանի թիկնապահները ճանապարհին են հանդիպել եւ որոշել տեղ հասցնել, մահացել է (նա աշխատել է Արցախի շտապօգնությունում, իսկ հետո՝ Արյունաբանական կենտրոնում, Արցախի Մարտունու շրջանից էր): Վարորդը՝ Հարություն Նազարյանը, եւ մյուս 2 ուղեւորները՝ Երեւան քաղաքի Ավան վարչական շրջանի բնակիչներ Սամվել Սիրեկանյանը եւ Հայկ Ադոնցը, տեղափոխվել են Արցախի «Հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոն»: Հայկ Ադոնցը շատ վնասվածքներ չի ստացել եւ դուրս է գրվել, իսկ մյուս 2-ը տեղափոխվել են Երեւանի հիվանդանոցներից մեկը։ Մասնավորապես, նրանցից մեկն այս պահին «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ում է, ընդունվել է հիվանդանոցի ռեանիմացիոն բաժին՝ ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում, բայց վերջին օրերին նրա մոտ դրական դինամիկա է արձանագրվում:  

Ըստ մեր աղբյուրի՝ 2 ամենագնաց ավտոմեքենաներից առաջինում եղել է Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը, որը վերջին շրջանում ապրում է Շուշիի իր առանձնատանը, իսկ 2-րդ ավտոմեքենան ուղեկցել է նրան։

Մեր աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ ավտովթարից հետո «տարօրինակ» կերպով անհետացել են վթարված ավտոմեքենայի համարանիշները։ ՀԺ-ին հաջողվեց պարզել, որ մեքենայի վրա ի սկզբանե եղել են «08 LL 888» համարանիշները: Մեզ հաջողվեց գտնել նաեւ լուսանկար, որտեղ երեւում է, որ այդ ավտոմեքենայի ուղեկցությամբ Հայրապետյանը շրջում է Երեւանում:
