Վերջին օրերին Արցախի հետ Ֆրանսիայի որոշ քաղաքների հետ համագործակցության հռչակագրերի չեղարկման հարցը քննարկվել է այսօր՝ հունիսի 17-ին տեղի ունեցած «Արցախ-Ֆրանսիա» բարեկամության շրջանակի նիստի ժամանակ, որը վարում էր ԱԺ նախագահ, «Արցախ-Ֆրանսիա» բարեկամության շրջանակի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը:

Հերթական նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են բարեկամության շրջանակի գործունեության ծրագրերին եւ առաջիկա անելիքներին վերաբերող հարցեր: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաեւ վերջին օրերին Արցախի հետ Ֆրանսիայի որոշ քաղաքների հետ համագործակցության հռչակագրերի չեղարկմանը: Նիստին հրավիրված ԱՀ Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մասիս Մայիլյանը ներկայացրել է այդ ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքները:

Այնուհետեւ նիստի մասնակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել եւ հանդես եկել առաջարկություններով:

Նիստի վերջում «Արցախ-Ֆրանսիա» բարեկամության շրջանակի անդամները հանդես են եկել հայտարարությամբ, որում, մասնավորապես, ասված է.

«Ափսոսանք հայտնելով Ֆրանսիայի վարչական դատարանների կողմից Վալանս, Բուրգ լե Վալանս, Բուրգ դը Պեաժ, Առնուվիլ քաղաքների ու Արցախի Հանրապետության համայնքների միջեւ ստորագրված բարեկամության հռչակագրերի չեղարկման առթիվ,

Ողջունելով նույն քաղաքների քաղաքապետերի հայտարարությունները` շարունակելու եւ զարգացնելու հաստատված բարեկամական հարաբերությունները, ինչպես նաեւ «Ֆրանսիա-Արցախ» բարեկամության շրջանակի անդամների՝ ֆրանսիական կառավարությանն ուղղված կոչը՝ չտրվելու ադրբեջանական ճնշումներին եւ պահպանելու անկողմնակալություն,

«Արցախ-Ֆրանսիա» բարեկամության շրջանակը.

Բարձր է գնահատում Ֆրանսիայի բարեկամ ժողովրդի հետ տարբեր մակարդակներում համագործակցությունը՝ որպես հումանիտար, կրթական, մշակութային, սպորտի եւ տնտեսական ոլորտներում երկու ժողովուրդների միջեւ շփումների խթանման կարեւորագույն միջոց,

Համոզված է, որ Արցախի եւ Ֆրանսիայի բնակավայրերի միջեւ ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցությունը լավագույնս է արտացոլում ժողովուրդների՝ հավասարության եւ բարիդրացիության հիման վրա հարաբերություններ զարգացնելու հանձնառությունը, ինչպես նաեւ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ազատությունն ու ինքնուրույնությունը,

Վերահաստատում է Արցախի եւ Ֆրանիսայի ժողովուրդների միջեւ համապարփակ համագործակցության զարգացմանը նպաստելու իր վճռականությունը,

Կոչ է անում Ֆրանսիայի հայկական համայնքին եւ ֆրանսիացի գործընկերներին՝ ակտիվորեն շարունակելու աշխատանքները հաստատված իրական համագործակցությունն ամրապնդելու եւ ընդլայնելու ուղղությամբ»:
