Վիճակախաղերի գովազդը սահմանափակելով կփոխվի՞ իրավիճակը

Այսօր ԱԺ-ն ընդունեց հեռուստատեսությամբ և ռադիոյով հեռարձակվող վիճակախաղերի գովազդը սահմանափակելու մասին օրենքը: Այսուհետ յուրաքանչյուր հեռուստաալիքով հեռարձակվող վիճակախաղերի գովազդը կթույլատրվի ժամը 22:00-ից մինչեւ 07:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում:

Ռադիոյով գովազդը կթույլատրվի ժամը 08:00-ից մինչև 20:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, բացառությամբ՝ մանկապատանեկան հաղորդումներին նախորդող և հաջորդող մեկ ժամվա ընթացքում: Նախագծին կողմ քվեարկեց 114 պատգամավոր, ինչը նշանակում է, որ այն կարելի է բավականին պահանջված նախագծերից համարել:

Օրենքն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո, բնական է, որ թե՛ հեռուստաընկերությունները և թե՛ ռադիոն գովազդային գումարների մուտերի գծով որոշակի կորուստներ կարող են ունենալ, բայց որ վիճակախաղերի գովազն այլևս չի ռմբահարի հեռուստառադիո ունկնդրի ականջները՝ փաստ է:

Ի դեպ, այն համարվում է բավական եկամտաբեր բիզնես: Հատկապես այն առումով, որ դժվար է վերահսկել, թե որքան տոմս է օրական վաճառվում: Առավել ևս, որ վիճակախաղի տոմսեր վաճառողները հիմնականում շարժական սեղանիկներ են, որոնք չունեն ՀԴՄ կտրոն տրամադրելու հնարավորություն: Ժամանակին վիճակախաղի տոմսերը վաճառվում էին նաև շրջիկ վաճառողների միջոցով և միայն վիճակախաղի գրասենյակին ու վաճառողին էր հայտնի, թե օրական որքան շրջանառություն է լինում:

Հիմա էլ, փաստորեն, առանձնապես շատ բան չի փոխվել և գրեթե բոլոր խաչմերուկներում լոտոի տոմս վաճառողները ազատ առևտուր են անում և որևէ կերպ չի ֆիքսվում, թե նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրն օրական քանի վիճակախաղի տոմս է վաճառել: Մասնագետների հաշվարկներով, հեռսուստատեսությամբ և ռադիոյով վիճակախաղերի գովազդը սահմանափակելուց հետո, ամենայն հավանականությամբ կնվազի նաև սպառումը:
