«Ադրբեջանի այսպես կոչված պաշտպանության նախարարությունը, մեր երկրի նախագահի խոսքերից ազդված (կարծում եմ ավելի շատ վախեցած), "հերոսական" հայտարություն է տարածել, իրենք իրենց գոտեպնդելու, բնականաբար մեզ վախեցնելու, ձեռքի հետ էլ միջազգային հանրության առջև մեզ "խայտառակ անելու" նպատակով:
Ադրբեջանցիք իրեց ներկայիս իշխանությանը սազական մի ասացվածք ունեն. "դրսից' պալատ, ներսից' հավաբուն": Իլհամ Ալիևի պալատական- զինվորական հավաբնում փաստորեն համաշխարհային ընդունված բոլոր արժեքները թարս են ընկալում: Աշխարհի բոլոր ժողովուրդների մոտ հայրենիքի ազատության ու անկախության համար պայքարողները, սեփական հայրենիքն ու ժողովուրդը թշնամու հարձակումներից ու սպանդից պաշտպանողները կոչվում են Հերոսներ, իսկ Ադրբեջանում 'հանցագործներ: Ամբողջ աշխարհում քնած մարդուն կացնահարողը կոչվում է հանցագործ, իսկ Ադրբեջանում ազգային հերոս: Բացատրությունը մեկն է, քոչվորը չի կարող իմանալ ինչ է Հայրենիքն ու Հերոսը:
Մեր պետության ղեկավարը պարզ մատչելի ասաց, որ Հայաստանին ու Արցախին սպառնացող ցանկացած վտանգ ունենալու է համարժեք պատասխան, ընդամենը բերելով մեկ տեսակի հրթիռի օրինակ: Ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենան անմիջապես իր խեղճ ժողովրդին սկսեց բացատրել, որ չվախենան, որ իրենցն ավելի լավն է:
Ակնհայտորեն երևում է, որ Ադրբեջանում որոշ արկածախնդիր պալատականների հիշողությունը կարճ է: Ղարաբաղում ժամանակին սովորական նռնականետով ադրբեջանական ռազմական ինքնաթիռներ են խոցվել, ադրբեջանական տանկերի մեծ մասը առաջին մեկ երկու մարտերից հետո դարձել են հայկական և այլն: Ուրեմն ոչ մի երաշխիք չկա, որ այսօվա ադրբեջանի զինանոցը, հայկականի հետ միասին չեն վնասի հենց ադրբեջանական ռազմավարական օբյեկտներին: Հետևաբար, հերթական ռազմատենչ հայտարարություն անելու փոխարեն մինչև կոկորդն արնաթաթախ Ալիևշինան լավ կանի, որ մտածի, թե հայկական կողմերի հետ համատեղ ինչպես պետք Է գտնի երկարատև խաղաղության ճանապարհը:
Հայ ժողովուրդը, իր պատմության ընթացքում, խաղաղության և գոյության համար պաքարում իրեն պարտադրված պատերազմներ շատ է տեսել ու մնացել է կանգուն: Իսկ Ադրբեջանի գոյության միակ ճանապարհը խաղաղությունն է, որովհետև ցանկացած պատերազմ կկործանի պաշտոնական Բաքվին և՛ դրսից, և՛ ներսից»:
