ՀՀ ոստիկանությունն ապահովում է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գործը քննող դատավորներ Դավիթ Գրիգորյանի և Արմեն Դանիելյանի անվտանգությունը: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրեցին ՀՀ ոստիկանության լրատվական ծառայությունից: Դատավորները դիմել էին ՀՀ ոստիկանությանն իրենց անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար:

Մայիսի 18-ին դատավոր Դավիթ Գրիգորյանը «Մարտի 1-ի» գործի շրջանակներում ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոցի՝ կալանավորումը փոխելու վերաբերյալ պաշտպանների միջնորդությունը բավարարել էր և Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն ազատ էր արձակվել. Դատարանը հաշվի էր առել Արցախի Հանրապետության նախկին նախագահ Արկադի Ղուկասյանի և ներկա նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի երաշխավորությունը: Դավիթ Գրիգորյանը նաև կասեցրել է գործի  վարույթն ու այն ուղարկել է ՍԴ՝ լրացուցիչ քննության համար:

Դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանի վարույթում այժմ գտնվում է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, Սեյրան Օհանյանի, Յուրի Խաչատուրովի և Արմեն Գևորգյանի գործի առնչությամբ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության բողոքարկման քննությունը Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորման որոշումը փոփոխելու և քրեական գործի վարույթը կասեցնելու և Սահմանադրական դատարան ուղարկելու  որոշման վերաբերյալ:
