ԱԺ-ն ընդունեց ՀՈԱԿ-ների տնօրենների թեկնածուներին մրցութային կարգով ընտրելու մասին նախագիծը

Հ ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության կողմից առաջարկված օրենքի նախագիծը, որով նախատեսվում է, որ համայնքային ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությունների տնօրենների թեկնածուները պետք է ընտրվեն մրցութային կարգով:
 
Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մասին օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացում կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծն ընդունվեց 91 կողմ, 5 ձեռնպահ ձայներով ԱԺ հունիսի 24-ի նիստում: 
 
Նախագիծը նպատակ ունի համայնքային ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությունների տնօրենների ընտրության համար նվազեցնել համայնքի ղեկավարի կողմից սուբյեկտիվ նշանակման հնարավորությունը, ավագանուն հնարավորություն տալ էական մասնակցություն ունենալ այդ հարցին:
 
Համայնքային ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարի թափուր պաշտոնի համար կանցկացվի մրցույթ, որի անցկացման կարգը կսահմանի կառավարությունը: Մրցույթի արդյունքում ընտրված թեկնածուի նշանակումը կհաստատի կամ կմերժի ավագանին:
