ՔԿՀ ծառայողներին կհատկացվի ավելի որակյալ հանդերձանք. նախագիծը կառավարության օրակարգում է

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեակատարողական ծառայողներին նոր, ավելի որակյալ ու հարմարավետ հանդերձանք կտրամադրվի: Այս մասին որոշման նախագծի ընդունման հարցն ընդգրկված է կառավարության հունիսի 27-ի նիստի օրակարգի չզեկուցվող հարցերի շարքում:

«Հաշվի առնելով ՀՀ գրեթե բոլոր պետական հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից նոր հանդերձանքի անցնելու ընթացակարգը և ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության գործունեության ընթացքում ծառայողական հանդերձանքի փոփոխության, այն ավելի որակյալ, ներկայանալի և հարմարավետ դարձնելու, ինչպես նաև քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների տարածքային-բնակլիմայական պայմաններին համապատասխանեցնելու պահանջը՝ անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել մշակել ՀՀ կառավարության նոր որոշման նախագիծ:

Քրեակատարողական ծառայողի նոր համազգեստին անցումն իրականացվելու է փուլերով՝ ըստ ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետի կողմից հաստատված ժամանակացույցի՝ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայությանը յուրաքանչյուր տարվա պետական բյուջեով նշված նպատակով նախատեսված միջոցների հաշվին: Ուստի, քրեակատարողական ծառայողի նոր համազգեստին անցումն իրականացնելու համար չեն պահանջվի լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական միջոցներ:

Նախագծի ընդունմամբ կփոփոխվի քրեակատարողական ծառայողների հանդերձանքը և այն կդարձվի ավելի որակյալ, ներկայանալի և հարմարավետ, և կկարգավորվեն քրեակատարողական ծառայողի հանդերձանքի, այդ թվում՝ համազգեստի, խորհրդանշանի, տարբերանշանների նկարագրերի, դրանք տրամադրելու կարգի, ժամկետների և պայմանների հետ կապված հարաբերությունները»,- նշված է որոշման նախագծում:
