Շիրակի մարզի դատախազությունում 2018 թվականի նոյեմբերի 16-ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգքրի 311-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, 312-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցել էր քրեական գործ՝ Գյումրու թիվ 37 դպրոցում առերևույթ կատարված մի շարք նույնաբնույթ կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների փաստերի առթիվ:

Նախաքննութ­­յան ընթաց­­­­քում ձեռնարկ­ված՝ ՀՀ քրեական դատա­­­վա­րութ­յան օրենսգրքով նախատեսված քննչա­­­կան և այլ դատավարական գործո­ղություն­ների կատարման ճանա­պար­­­հով հավաքված ապացույցների հիման վրա մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել դպրոցի տնօրեն Ա. Ա.-ին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով /3 դրվագ/,  311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով /2 դրվագ/ և 311-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով /2 դրվագ/,  նրա ամուսնուն՝ Ա.Ա.-ին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով /5 դրվագ/ և տնօրենի գործավարուհին հանդիսացող Զ.Գ.-ին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։

Նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ դպրոցի տնօրենը 2015-2018թ. տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում դպրոցում որպես ինֆորմա­տի­կայի ուսուց­չուհի, հոգեբան, կենսաբանության լաբորանտ, համակարգչային օպերատոր, դաստիարա­կութ­յան գծով կազմակերպիչ նշանակելու համար թվով 5 անձանցից պահանջել և մաս-մաս անձամբ, իր ամուսնու, իսկ մեկ դեպքում գործավարուհու միջոցով ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառքներ: Բացի այդ, 2018թ. ընթացքում նշված անձանցից 2-ին աշխատանքից չազատելու պատրվակով նրանցից ստացել է զգալի չափերով կաշառք: Պարզվել է նաև, որ առանձին դեպքերում պահանջված գումարն ամբողջությամբ տնօրենին տալու նպատակով այդ անձնացից ոմանք բանկերից վարկեր են ստացել, ընդ որում՝ որոնցից մեկով որպես վարկային պայմանագրի երաշխավոր է հանդիսացել դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենը: Ընդհանուր առմամբ դպրոցի տնօրենի գործողությունների հետևանքով նշված անձանց օրինական շահերին առերևույթ պատճառվել է ընդհանուր մոտ 6 մլն դրամի վնաս:   

2019 թվականի հունիսի 26-ին քրեական գործով կազմված մեղադրական եզրակացությունը  հաստատվել է դատավարական ղեկավարում իրականացնող  դատախազի կողմից, և գործն ուղարկվել  է Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան՝ ըստ էության քննության առնելու համար։
