Հայաստանի և Գերմանիայի ԱԳ նախարարությունների քաղաքական խորհրդակցություններ են անցկացրել

Բեռլինում հունիսի 24-25-ը տեղի են ունեցել քաղաքական խորհրդակցություններ Հայաստանի և Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների միջև: Հայկական պատվիրակությունը գլխավորել է ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Ավետ Ադոնցը, գերմանականը՝ Գերմանիայի ԱԳՆ քաղաքական տնօրենի տեղակալ, Արևելյան Եվրոպայի, Ռուսաստանի, Հարավային Կովկասի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրների հարցերով հանձնակատար Միխայել Զիբերթը (Michael Siebert):

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից, խորհրդակցությունների ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են հայ-գերմանական երկկողմ քաղաքական օրակարգի հարցերի լայն շրջանակ, մտքեր փոխանակել առևտրատնտեսական, կրթության, մշակույթի և այլ ոլորտներում համագործակցության հետագա խորացման հեռանկարների վերաբերյալ:

«Հանդիպմանը երկուստեք բարձր գնահատվեց վերջին շրջանում ակտիվացած հայ-գերմանական բարձր մակարդակի քաղաքական երկխոսությունը։ 

Հանդիպմանն անդրադառնալով ՀՀ-ԵՄ գործընկերության ներկա փուլին և զարգացման հեռանկարներին՝ հայկական կողմը ներկայացրեց ՀՀ-ԵՄ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի (ՀԸԳՀ) կիրարկման ճանապարհային քարտեզի՝ կողմերի միջև համաձայնեցման գործընթացը և ընդգծեց Գերմանիայի կողմից համաձայնագրի վավերացման կարևորությունը:

Խորհրդակցությունների արդյունքում կողմերը մտքեր փոխանակեցին ՀՀ-ԵՄ Մուտքի արտոնագրերի ազատականացման շուրջ երկխոսության մեկնարկի, ինչպես նաև այդ գործընթացում ԵՄ անդամ երկրների աջակցության կարևորության վերաբերյալ:

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան մի շարք տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային օրակարգի հրատապ խնդիրներին: Քննարկվեց նաև գալիք տարի հայ-գերմանական միջկառավարական խառը հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներին առնչվող հարցերին։

Նույն օրը ՀՀ ԱԳ փոխնախարարի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը հանդիպում ունեցավ Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի Արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ դր. Դանիելա դը Ռիդդերի (Dr. Daniela De Ridder) հետ։

ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Ավետ Ադոնցը ներկայացրեց Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգի անցման ճանապարհը, այդ ուղղությամբ իրականացված քայլերը։

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան Հայաստան-Գերմանիա միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցության խորացման կարևորությանը, ինչը խթան կհանդիսանա երկկողմ և բազմակողմ հարթություններում հարաբերությունների առավել ակտիվացմանը։

Հունիսի 25-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ փոխնախարարի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանն ընդունեց Գերմանիայի կանցլերի աշխատակազմի Կենտրոնական, Արևելյան, Հարավային Եվրոպայի, Հարավային Կովկասի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրների հարցերով բաժնի ղեկավար Մաթիաս Լյութենբերգը (Matthias Lüttenberg)։

Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցները քննարկեցին հայ-գերմանական փոխգործակցության առավել խորացմանն ուղղված հարցեր։ Գերմանական կողմին ներկայացվեց նաև Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող դատա-իրավական համակարգի բարեփոխումները, այդ ճանապարհին իրականացվող քայլերը»,- նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
